Boechout is a cosy and lively village with lots of walking or cycling options. There are several coffee bars, cafes, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. In deze centraal en groen gelegen accommodatie is er op de benedenverdieping ruimte voor 2 personen en een hond en/of een klein kind. Er staan twee brede enkele bedden naast elkaar, er is een klein salon en een ruime tafel met een kookhoek. Een babybedje kan bij geplaatst worden. Een doucheruimte omvat ook lavabo en toilet. Buiten is er een privé-terrasje met een ruime tafel. Het terrein is afgesloten, handig voor de hond. Trein en bus brengen u zo naar Brussel en Antwerpen, station vlakbij.

The contemporary renovated flat is bathed in a sea of light and is located on the 1st floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, nespresso, oven and dishwasher, spices, pepper, salt, olive oil, coffee, tea, sugar ) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer. In the bedroom, a lovely hotel bed awaits you for a soft night. In the children's room, a bunk bed has been provided. The sunny and spacious terrace is a great place to relax.

Cosy studio close to Antwerp

This studio is located not far from Antwerp. Tram, train and bus is close by and connects you to Antwerp or Lier. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also close by many facilities. Mortsel has it's own city center with shops, but besides there is also a lot of nature around where you can have a walk. There are many possibilities. We have a separate bedroom for 2 persons and in the living room we have the possibility to turn the sofa into 2 extra beds.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om Antwerpen te bezoeken (gratis parking op 7 minuten rijden met de auto, daar kan je de tram nemen richting centrum Antwerpen - 20 minuten op de tram). Alsook op 35 minuten rijden naar Brussels Airport. Nieuwbouw gelijkvloers appartement met alle comfort: inkom, apart wc, slaapkamer met kasten. Volledig uitgeruste keuken (echter geen diepvries). Zuidgericht terras. Géén BBQ aanwezig. Gratis parking in het straat.
