A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Spacious apartment set within the lower ground floor of a large, detached Victorian villa in the heart of Hove. Walk through your own private entrance to a recently decorated apartment filled with antique French chandeliers, mirrors, kingsize bed, leather sofas and fluffy towels. Perfectly located, the beach and Hove lawns are seconds away at one end of this quiet, residential road. Hove's restaurants, bars and shops are at the other, from where buses to Brighton also run every few minutes .

A gorgeous studio flat set in a grade II listed beautiful regency building . Full of period features such as stained glass windows , high ceilings, large sash windows and gorgeous cornicing. A fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, nespresso coffee machine and smeg kitchen appliances really finish off the style of this fabulous space . The location is perfect with only a five min walk from Hove station, local shops , bars and restaurants and of course the beach ! We provide hand sanitiser, wipes etc

Stylish one bedroomed apartment in central Hove

Fully refurbed in 2021 during lockdown. A beautiful light space perfectly situated for central Hove. Newly added Hive heating system. Come and enjoy this gorgeous new boutique Airbnb experience. One lovely double bedroom on the 1st floor of my split level home. Just a stones throw from the beach. Turn right and in 5 mins you'll be at a wonderful small batch coffee, many lovely shops and restaurants and Hove train station. Turn left and left again and you'll be heading straight to the beach.

Musical jungle nest!

Welcome to my little magical, musical jungle nest! A perfectly located cosy, charming, quirky ground floor flat (no stairs!) with tall ceilings. Incredibly peaceful, it's a perfect hideaway whilst close to the sea and palmiera square with its fancy cafes, eateries, shops and bus-lines. The French doors in bedroom and Georgian bay windows in main room connect you to nature as you watch many squirrels, foxes and birds (woodpeckers, Jay's, blue tits) play in the pretty gardens.

Great location for beach and town

Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.

Gorgeous, cosy, one bed flat in central Hove, opposite Hove Museum Gardens and a 5 min stroll to the beach. A quiet retreat but only a couple of minutes walk from popular pubs and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps two in a kingsize bed. We provide a small breakfast basket to welcome you to the flat. You'll have your own off-street parking, and small front garden to sit and relax. It's less than a 15 min walk to Hove station (direct trains to London).

Beautiful Garden Flat Central Hove

A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Bright Hove Apartment Minutes from the Beach

Enjoy this bright Hove retreat just a few minutes stroll from the beach. The apartment is on the upper ground floor of a lovely period property boasting 12ft ceilings and huge bay window giving the space a lovely feeling. At one end of the street Church road is lined with shops and restaurants all the way to Brighton. At the bottom of the street the seafront promenade and beaches run for miles in each direction.

Tina was incredibly helpful throughout the process from initially booking to checking out. Her directions were always clear and helpful, and responses to questions were kind as well. The apartment is a nice little place, stocked with some extra amenities like milk, granola and coffee, in an area that was very walkable and easy to navigate.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

A stunning place to stay for a long weekend, beautifully decorated, French doors from the bedroom, spacious relaxing lounge, pristine bathroom and kitchen and a delightful peaceful sun trap garden. All a few minutes walk from the sea. Ben was a great host, friendly, helpful and responsive communications and would definitely love to return. Perfect place to rest and recharge away from home, and a base from which to explore Hove and Brighton.

Absolutely amazing apartment! So beautiful with such great location, easy to get to the beach & any restaurants/bars/ clubs you may want to go to! Easy to get in and out, no need to worry about forgetting a key which is always handy. Would be a great space for couples or friends and could not recommend this beautiful space enough!! Cabs are also easy to pick up & drop off, only downside is no parking, £50 for an overnight-afternoon stay in the closest car park which was a 10 minute walk away. Parking on the street is permits only until 8pm. May be easier to get a train rather than drive.
