Great house in a great location! Quiet road and yet so central

Great value central accommodation with everything we needed. Beds were really comfy and felt hotel grade, kitchen was clean and tidy as was the whole house. Location was amazing, right in the middle of Brighton and hosts let us use a cot for our baby which was really helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to others :)

Great place with really helpful and friendly host. Excellent location for us visiting family living close by, walkable to Preston Park and local pubs restaurants, cafes etc. Easy to get to the city centre. We stayed with our 18 month old and parents and we were comfy. The downstairs is really spacious, the upstairs ceiling height makes it a little less spacious but still comfy and everything you need.

Fantastic beautiful cottage (pictures don’t do it justice)! Oak cottage was easy to find, spacious, clean with all the amenities you need. My little boy particularly loved the wendy house in the garden. Would highly recommend staying here and Lorna was a fab host! Also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

We had a lovely stay. The house feels like home, spotless, modern but cosy. The location was perfect, close to amenities and the beach, but in a quiet and classy residential area. We recommend having an evening mooch around the surrounding streets to take in the lovely architecture and vibe. Cocktails at Medusa Bar on Preston St (5 min walk) is a must. For food, Blue Man in the North Laines does fabulous Algerian food. I’d definitely stay here again.

Thank you Catherine for such a wonderful stay in your lovely home. As a group of friends who rarely have the opportunity to meet up, it was the perfect place to relax and catch up. Easy to get to the beach and lovely shops and restaurants en route too. We hope to be back next year!

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

We have stayed at Doug’s place several times and always enjoy be there. We love the location as it is away from the noise and bustle of central Brighton but within a few minutes walk you can be in the centre. Also, there are lots of little restaurants and cafes just around the corner. This is not the bleak corporate let that you sometimes get, it is very individualistic and quirky and we feel right at home as soon as we arrive. Doug is very easy to deal with and always responsive. This would always be our first choice when going to Brighton.

Lovely, well laid out flat above a jewelry shop on a busy street. Great coffee and treats opposite in the Flour Pot and very convenient for everything the North Laines has to offer. Enjoyed my stay

A goregous flat, beautifully furnished and in the perfect spot. Close to everything we wanted to explore but just a couple of minutes walk from the busy areas. The flat is so well equip - it had absolutely everything we needed and more (the party rings were a lovely find). And a great host - the instructions were great and we had some excellent tips on where to eat. I'll definitely be back!

We loved the views from the windows the nature reserve and the sea , we hardly watched any television in the evening and I always read a book or two in the evenings when away but not even half way in one . So easy to get to town and the other direction Brighton , plenty of places to eat in or take away .we spent a lot of time walking along wide water and on the beach. We hope to go again soon .

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city centre. Short walk to various shops and restaurants and around a 25 minute walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped flat. Hosts were very proactive with check in information and responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I stayed for the Brighton marathon, the flat is located around a 10 minute walk from the start line - perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Such a great flat, just as described and full of thoughtful and useful touches. This really is a home from home with everything you might need for a relaxing stay in Hove. Really couldn’t fault the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Sarah!

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

Another wonderful stay here. Same attributes: Great location, well-maintained and decorated space and good quality appliances and responsive host providing everything needed for a long stay. The concierge Mark is very helpful and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the excellent patisserie from the coffee place below!
