A sophisticated and private apartment with an art gallery feel that is very light and well equipped. Views of the bridge from upstairs and close to the riverside walking track. 7 min drive from the CBD. There is a small table within the lounge-room space since there is not a separate dining area in the kitchen. The apartment is ideal for 2 but will accommodate 3 since there is a double bed in the second bedroom but limited storage. There is a childproof gate at the bottom of the stairs.

This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.
