Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hoya de Buñol

Super nice host who responds quickly. The location is a little further away than hoped. Google maps gives a certain time to Valencia in advance, but for the cozy part the travel time is x2. Supermarket and other amenities all very far away, something we Dutch people are not used to:) The house was great if you love peace and quiet. Swimming pool can be a little cleaner (doesn't seem to be a filter), beds are really too small for several couples. A little more towels would also be a godsend for several days. Airconditioners do their job well by floor!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

Each space is designed for comfort and harmony, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stop. We greatly appreciated the elegance and cleanliness of the place, as well as the small personal touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Very nice fully renovated/re-built town house on two floors. The upper floor is like a big en-suite bedroom and living room. Nice courtyard in the back to sit and relax. Free street parking available. Clean and well equipped apartment. Location is walkable from town center (restaurants, shops), beaches 10-15 minutes by car. Furnishing above-average quality (unusual for airbnb). Friendly owners living close by. We have enjoyed our stay and shall repeat it if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.

The apartment is spectacular, huge, with lots of light. Everything was super clean and the decor was modern. In addition, the apartment is great, located in the entire commercial area and full of restaurants. Gonzalo is a 10-star host. He briefly explained the area we were in and helped us find our way around. He had the thoughtfulness to leave us breakfast. A 10 for our stay, to repeat if we return to Valencia.

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

Had a great 3 nights here. Lovely area of Valencia where it is very close to the centre . Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Very nice hosts.

Over the course of the last month, we've stayed at (9) Airbnbs along the Med coast and Antonio's place really stood out. 1) Attention to detail. Ice in the freezer, snacks, milk and coffee on hand. Most Airbnbs no longer provide coffee for more than one day- Antonio had enough for our whole three day stay. 2) Parking included. HUGE bonus. We've been paying €8-10/day at other locations. 3) Location. Walking distance to tons of shops and historical monuments. For the runners out there, check out the Turia riverbed trail. 4) Super responsive and flexible. Would return, highly recommended.

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, Martina left juice, coffee and pastries, perfect to save breakfasts. Comfortable beds and pillows, well-equipped kitchen. Very kind and gave us directions on what to do in the area.

Great location, very peaceful and clean neighborhood with the nearby art & science center. A lot to see and explore in this area. Only few stops from the old city center (less than 10 min ride). Everything was so easy to reach. Ariana was super helpful with all the detailed information she provided prior to our check in. The apartment was just what we needed. The beds were very comfy, the entire rental was clean and tidy. Absolutely recommending it. I would love to come back again.

It was a very positive experience, Alba didn't receive enough late at night with flexibility and kindness. Very quiet place, we were able to rest very well. A project with soul and quality.

Colinda and Geert are wonderful hosts and they made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and spotless, and every morning we were greeted with a great smile and an extensive breakfast. 100% recommend this place if you want to escape the busy city life for a few days. Thank you for having us!

Laëtitia and Jean-Luc were extremely friendly and helpful, yet discreet and quiet. They clearly are passionate about their B&B and guests can feel it easily with the attention to details and care they both demonstrate: warm welcome, home made breakfast, local products, cosy room, super clean bathroom and room. A perfect location near the train station and gorgeous town centre. Ideal place to enjoy some sunshine, discover the many orange fields, local mountains or for a day trip to the beach. Had the most amazing stay at Roberts and Letty's Airbnb. I needed a place to relax and recharge and I definitely did for the 5 night-stay I was there. Robert and Letty are the nicest people and were happy to help me with local recommendations for beaches, restaurants, hikes, etc. The breakfast was delicious, the views were stunning, the pool was amazing, and the atmosphere was calm and serene, and everything I hoped and needed. Thank you for a great getaway, I hope to visit again sometime.

The place is great. Nika and her mother Maria and the husband are extremely nice and open-minded. The location is central and by car you can easily reach the old town, beach, harbor in a short time. Breakfast was sufficient and very cozy to enjoy on the terrace. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

Carolina has a beautiful authentic house. The arrangement is really Spanish and with beautiful details. You can also see Carolina's creativity in the decor. The house is spacious and warm. The terrace, garden, is wonderful. We walked a lot, for beautiful walks you have to drive a bit, but that's very worth it. We had a fantastic month at the house, thank you Carolina!

Patricia, was by far the best Airbnb we have been to. Her hospitality was above and beyond. She was so gracious in offering us food and comfort in her beautiful house. Enjoyed staying there 20 minutes away from the bigger city. We even saw running of the bulls while we were in her small neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
