Die Wohnung bietet zwei getrennte Einzelbetten (200x90 cm) und ein eigenes, geräumiges Badezimmer. Eine Waschmaschine steht in einem separaten Raum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit. Der eigene Eingang sowie der Terrassenbereich sind nach Westen ausgerichtet und bieten Abendsonne. NEU: Netflix Premium ist inklusive.

We offer you/you a fantastically beautifully located apartment with direct views and access to the Weser in a secluded location near Achim / Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Weser bike path. The apartment is part of an ecologically restored rest farm with its own entrance. There is a well-equipped kitchen/ living area overlooking the Weser, a small space, a full bathroom and a bedroom with king-size bed 140x200. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

Conveniently located in 5 minutes walk to Achimer Bahnhof, from there in 12 minutes at Bremer Hauptbahnhof. In addition, a 1-minute walk to the Achimer city centre (bakery 200 m) or a few minutes' drive to the Weser.

Es ist ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit einem Hochbett und einem zusätzlichen Klappbett. Das Bad ist in einem Extra Gebäude . ( Wie auf einem Campingplatz) Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank sind vorhanden . Ein kleiner Schreibtisch der auch zum Frühstücken dient jedoch nur für eine Person .Grundsätzlich ist es eh nur für eine Person geeignet.

In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. 1-room attic studio in the oldest part of our family farm. Bright, friendly room with a double and a single bed, small kitchen and shower room. You can reach the room via an external spiral staircase via the associated small roof terrace with views over the fields. Ideal for cyclists, fitters and short breaks.

You will find peace and relaxation on our farm in a spacious, cozy 80m² apartment on the 1st floor with a private entrance. The bathing lake is not far and in the berry season you can make blueberry pancakes with freshly harvested blueberries in the well-equipped kitchen!
