Narine is an excellent hostess) The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities, it is possible to turn on the heating, which is important for me, since I don’t like living in the cold. The apartment is cozy. I also think this apartment is a fair price. I recommend this accommodation, one of the best my husband and I have stayed in.

Great , Just a great apartment in the smallest center of the city ! The location , you can't find it better - perfect. You can easily walk to all the main attractions, also literally a few steps away there are supermarkets, coffee shops, an exchanger, banks and a variety of shops, Very convenient and comfortable... The balcony has a beautiful view of the cathedral, there are also a couple of chairs, it's nice to sit in the evenings. The apartment itself is very clean and very cozy, it feels like home. Everything is available - from a microwave to washing powder, slippers , soap , toothbrushes paste , paper, comb, towel - Everything is available... There is oil, salt, tea, coffee all the necessary utensils - you can cook. In the bedroom is huge bed, comfortable sofa in the hall.( which opens ) Slept well, very quiet at night. TV with apps, you can watch YouTube, but the biggest plus is the host. Incredibly warm-hearted and helpful person to reach out to with any question and he is a duty

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Armen is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he know about the area. We had a great stay!

I liked everything very much, the owner is very polite, always in touch with everything you need - he helped. The apartment has everything you need,even a little more, thank you for the present, I recommend to everyone, a very good option,5 minutes by taxi to the lift. Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packages, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay was prepared for our arrival. There are a huge number of different stores around with a great variety of products. Ovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've ever visited - he was always in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you very much!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Such an amazing place! Vahan and Anahit are amazing friendly people. Ram Armenian hospitality! The location is superb as well! Quiet, cosy, but central. Also a jazz club next door downstairs is a great bonus!
