Modest kitchen, outhouse, IBC with utility water, fireplace, arrival by car possible up to the building. If necessary, we will also supply quilts, drinking water, a few home-made eggs for breakfast. Sheep and fallow deer run across the stream. If you are not looking for luxury, but just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will definitely like Potůčka. Fishing is possible, 10 km away is the Sázava river, where a boat is available!

The apartment with a sauna (included in the price ) is a duplex,in the upper part there is a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, a double-burner,a fridge with a freezer, a microwave and an electric kettle. Next, the room is equipped with a table with forged chairs, a large TV with internet, a sofa bed and a single bed. At the bottom of the apartment there are two single beds, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, a play kitchen for children,books, toys. The apartment has a fenced garden with a seating area,a grill and a sauna.

There is a small zoo nearby, a farmhouse with pets, and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.
