Cabin holiday rentals in Hubbard County

We will definitely be coming back!! This resort is a gem. It’s located on a beautiful point on a clear, quiet lake. The cabins were recently renovated and adorably decorated while still maintaining a feeling of nostalgia and a quaint cabin feeling. The pictures don’t do it justice. You feel like you’re on a boat staring out the cabin window because the water is so close. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have provided everything you would need for a fun, family getaway-games, sports equipment, a playground, a fun communal gathering space with a store, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc.

We had a great time during our stay at the Gilmore cabin in Nevis! Evolve added a lot of nice touches that made our stay more enjoyable, such as a s’mores kit, plenty of coffee pods, and beach towels. Angie, the cabin owner, made sure we had everything we needed to check in and offered for us to reach out to her if we needed anything. The cabin was a perfect fit for four adults and two kids. All of the beds were comfortable and clean. The pantry and kitchen had lots of cooking supplies for us to use. We really enjoyed the enclosed sitting area out back for eating, reclining, and watching tv. Access to the lake was easy and there were lots of inflatable items in the boat house with an electric inflator/deflator. The cornhole boards and jacuzzi with lake views were a big hit with everyone. There was a booklet with local restaurant and recreation recommendations, but we stayed at the cabin all weekend because we enjoyed it so much!

We had a great time in cabin 10. It was very cozy and a beautiful place to watch the first snow fall of the season. Would definitely recommend.

The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We used the hot tub and gazebo frequently. Despite the outdoor temps in the -20s, the house was cozy. It is a perfect house for socializing or a getaway with the family

Our family enjoyed the main house for the 4th of July week. The resort is adorable! The owners were very friendly and helpful! There are so many things to do. We enjoyed swimming in the pristine water, fishing, boating, and playing outdoor games with equipment they provided. The house was beautiful with comfortable beds and fresh clean decor. We recommend this resort and especially the main house for a larger group.

Maggie was absolutely perfect! She helped provide recommendations for us for during our stay. She answered my questions promptly and with excellent information. Immensely recommend any of Maggie’s properties just because of her. The property was excellent with a great view, plenty of space, plenty of outdoor activities we could partake it right on the property. The inside was lavish but cozy, clean, and appropriate. While my partner and I were there, we kept talking about things from the home that we would want a future lake home of our own to have, and this one had them all.

The cabin was so great, and the view was even better! Parking was a squeeze, but worth it! We would definitely come back.

This was our 2nd visit and we would stay again! We really enjoyed our stay.

This rustic cabin is in a beautiful, private area with amazing lake views from both decks. We really enjoyed the serene location and the large living room to have family over. James was a responsive and kind host, would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Comfortable beds, beautiful lake, we loved it here!

We had a wonderful stay at Clare's Home/Cabin. Location was perfect and in a private setting (no neighbors too close). We enjoyed the lake front property and loved the beach area. Home was very comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. Check in was a breeze. This was our 1st stay on Lake Ojibway and was a nice quiet lake and were impressed. We will definitely be back. We had an incredible stay at the Cabin! The beach was perfect — clean, peaceful, and great for the whole family. The cabin itself was cozy, well-kept, and had everything we needed. Overall just a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ve already booked our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay on the Fish Hook River. Many restaurants nearby, and close to town. Host accommodated us with an earlier check in. Also, pet friendly, so we were able to bring our lab.

Absolutely serene location. Quiet, no loud campers or boaters. Well maintained grounds, lots of activities available, camp hosts were super friendly and helpful. Anne was very responsive. Felt like home, kitchen was well stocked with necessities, just remember to bring your own bath and beach towels. Would definitely stay again!

Susan and other host Terry were super accommodating going above and beyond om all our requests, needs, and all they provided. It's clear they care about all their guests. They have a private boat launch & offer a place for you to dock your boat or you can rent. They have tons of water activities to do as well: two trampolines, two beaches, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks and more. Cabins are close together but everyone was respectful and nice to be around. Everyone was there with their families doing their thing with more than enough things to do for everyone. Lots of people were fishing including us. Water was crystal clear and the scenery was beyond beautiful. Loons sing thru the evening hours, magical. The canin itself was cozy and functional. You can completely unplug or choose to relax and even watch movies if you wish. Showers, bedrooms, kitchen & all worked great and were nice. The deck was large and our family of 5 enjoyed meals andntime outside everyday. Highly recommend!

Love this place. The place is spotless and well supplied and maintained. All the comforts of home. Terry is very welcoming and helpful. He makes sure your stay is an excellent experience. This is our 2nd time visiting and both were definitely 5 stars. We plan coming back this fall. Thank you Susan again for the great stay.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this cozy cabin in Minnesota! The views were absolutely beautiful—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets—and there was no shortage of things to do, both at the cabin and in the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The WiFi connection was a bit spotty at times, but since we were really trying to unplug, it didn’t bother us much. In fact, it kind of added to the charm of getting away from it all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic escape!

Timber Lost at West Crooked Lake Resort was such a find. Susan was so helpful and certainly has a welcoming place for a restful vacation. The area map she gave us made it easy to get to the areas we were interested in. Our Tiny Cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. She even offered to arrange for grocery delivery before our arrival. We really appreciated the quiet, serene area with plenty of activities to enjoy at your leisure. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a respite from life’s noise.

We loved our time at West Crooked Lake! This resort was very peaceful, quiet and family friendly! Camper 13 is lake front and exactly what we were looking for! The camper was very clean and had all the essentials we needed. The amenities were awesome and my kids loved the new game room. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. She definitely wanted to make sure our stay was great. The pontoon we rented from Susan allowed us to explore the amazing lake which was one of our favorite parts! The swimming in the clear water and fishing at this lake was wonderful! All the nearby towns had cute little shops and great restaurants as well! Even on the chilly rainy days there was plenty to do. Our fur babies also enjoyed the vacation with us! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend. I would give a 5 star rating. Your directions were ‘spot on’. We Appreciated the extra parking by the boat trailer area. All the little extras were noticed too! I loved how the garbage was picked up. Liked the recycling bin, clean beach was amazing. The water was too cold for us to swim in however, we totally enjoyed the beach chairs and playing in the sand!! The beach toys were a hit with our grandkids!! Very friendly hosts! We did take advantage of the fire area, bought some ice and even took our own boat out . This cabin was perfect for our adult kids… not so much for crawling babies ( but we knew this). Bed were comfortable. Sheets were Devine. Water pressure in the showers was very good too!
