Nestled on 50 acres located near the tail end of Tradinghouse Lake & across the road from Lake Mart. Our cozy little farm is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, & enjoy the country life. Say hello to our cows & donkey, roast marshmallows over a fire, cast a line in one of our ponds, or take a peaceful walk down to the big lake. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

This Guest Cabin situated on a 5 acre fenced property is a comfortable escape into farm life while still being 15 minutes from Magnolia and 4 minutes from Homestead Heritage. Newly built, the cabin features an open floorplan with shiplap walls and barn wood accents. Boasting a kitchenette complete with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge Keurig maker and hotplate! The King bed is a memory foam mattress with down comforter and pillows. Comfort and style are the focus in this rustic barn cabin.

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

This colonial mansion built in 1888, still maintains its original craftsmanship combined with modern conveniences. Situated on 3 acres within walking distance to all the amenities of downtown West, full of Czech heritage, bakeries, restaurants, and shops, location is everything. You are in the middle of town but sitting in the backyard you don't even know it. This is the best-case scenario and only 14 minutes to Baylor University and 15 minutes from Magnolia Market.

A-Frame cabin - Hot tub, Deck, View, Fire pit!

Welcome to the A-Frame, just 30 minutes from Waco. This charming cabin offers a serene escape surrounded by Hill Country views. The A-frame's architecture adds character and provides a cozy atmosphere with abundant natural light. Enjoy the outdoor area complete with a soaking tub, fire pit, and hot tub. Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.

This super clean 1 bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Walk into your relaxing living room that is furnished with cozy furniture. A fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator,toaster oven,coffee and tea station. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. You can also enjoy the deck right outside your door.

Decorated by a licensed architect, this is a cozy two bed two bath farmhouse on 16+ acres. Enjoy the calm and seclusion of country life while being only twenty minutes away from conveniences of Waco. Carefully designed cabin with plush comfortable accessories. Come and relax in this cozy cabin after a long day of shopping in Downtown Waco or Homestead Heritage. This cabin (and its sister cabin) is situated on a small wooded lot on a quite dead end street, just north of Waco. A fire pit is provided for each cabin and a playground is provided for them to share. You won't regret staying with us during your stay in Waco!
