everything was fine. it had most of everything one would need for a good stay. Very homey. The only inconvenience was getting in and out with luggage as it was on the fourth floor and multiple doors to go through to get to the apartment. We even got a brand new dish washing sponge and I felt that was very thoughtful and hygienic.

Great spot and would definitely stay again! It’s really big and comfortably fit our group of 6. There were lots of towels, blankets, and other things like shampoo, a flat iron, and more that we used and were a big plus. Kitchen had plenty of spices, dishes, and pans to cook — the knives do need to be sharpened though! The instructions to get into the building weren’t correct and we didn’t arrive until 10 PM so I had to figure it out myself and he didn’t get back to me until the next day but it was okay. The place was really clean and not very noisy in my opinion, compared to anything closer to NYC! Navigating the buses to Manhattan was very easy (there are 3 bus lines within 2 blocks that take you straight to Manhattan) and taking Ubers/Lyfts from the place were hardly faster than the bus. Taking the bus instead of a rideshare saves you at least $70 one way too. The area was safe and there were plenty of places to pick up groceries nearby that weren’t too expensive. Highly recommend!

This place was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We felt safe and welcome the entire time. Michael communicated very well. I did let him know that it is a bit inaccurate to state that it’s 15 minutes from Times Square. Although it is only 2.9 miles away, due to normal traffic patterns and natural barriers, there really is no way to get there that quickly. However, once we got used to public’s transit, it was very easy and cheap to get into downtown NYC and didn’t take an insane amount of time (even in high congestion times). This place is way more budget friendly than staying in downtown Manhattan! So if you’re looking for a downtown adjacent adventure and aren’t concerned about being in the action at all times, this place is a perfect fit for your travels.

We had an outstanding stay at Luca’s Airbnb in Jersey City! From the moment we booked, Luca was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. He made everything seamless—from check-in to check-out—and was always quick to answer questions or offer assistance. The apartment itself was beautiful—immaculately clean, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable. It felt like a true home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout that made a big difference during our stay. One of the best parts of our experience was Luca’s fantastic local insight. He gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations right in Jersey City—some real gems we might not have found on our own. The food scene here is surprisingly vibrant, and thanks to Luca, we really got to enjoy it. The location was absolutely perfect. Just a stone’s throw away from Manhattan.

The hosts go out of there way with info about the neighborhood, amenities, and perfect communication. My family enjoyed their stay and are determined to book this spot when they visit NJ/NYC. Also, incredibly accessible to midtown in 15min to time square, and from there you can get anwhere. Would easily book here again.

If you’re looking for somewhere affordable with a private bedroom near public transit, this is a great place. It’s not the cleanest—-there were stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom was icky (hair on the floors and mold/gunk in the shower), but for the location and price, it was reasonable!

Clean home with all basic needs, in a quiet location close to the train and ferry. The only negative was that there was no TV or living room area in this home. This is a non issue if you plan to be outside more than inside.

Nicole was an excellent host! Our first night, we noticed the shower was not working properly. We let Nicole know about this and she repaired the issue immediately. Nicole is very responsive and truly does everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is about a 15 minute bus ride from Times Square, and is therefore excellent lodging for those looking to stay in New Jersey. The private bathroom was a huge bonus, and was exactly what we were looking for :)

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Beautiful apartment in Brooklyn near restaurants and train stations that go directly to Manhattan. The apartment was very clean and organized with it’s own bathroom and all the necessities that you will need

Great location, and spotlessly clean! The bedrooms get abit of noise from the street. Might bother you if you’re a light sleeper.

Best view of Manhattan ever. Bus stop to Manhattan is right outside the door. Two stops to the port authority at 42 and 9th Ave. local food is delicious and much cheaper than the city.

This places was ideal for our annual friends trip. All the space we needed, easy access to transit and great hosts!

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Family vacation with 18 people and both units accommodated us! Lots of kitchen supplies available to have meals for all of us. Close to American Dream mall where we spent 2 days between Nickelodeon Universal park and Dreamworks waterpark. Also had some good time shopping!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful stay here. The location was very convenient. A 10 minute drive to the train station and a 30 minute drive to American dream Mall. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Karen’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Stayed a few days for a concert at MetLife, and had the easiest drive there and back. Really good restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores/necessities. Neighborhood was very cute and extremely quiet. The space had everything we needed, plus so many comfy couches as beds. The showers had the highest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. Probably not the best place for small children because of the stairs and personal belongings. The basement is beautifully redone, and has very up to date gym equipment that I didn’t notice in the listing photos. I’d definitely recommend Karen’s place to anyone looking for a place near MetLife or just a quiet comfortable home.
