Holiday rentals with a patio in Hudson County

Solid place for two to three people on a budget that want to be relatively close to Manhattan. Melissa did a good job describing transit options. There is a bus stop down the block that goes to Port Auth Bus Terminal in ~30 minutes. There is free street parking but it is very scarce! Overall, enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 5 relaxed and slept comfortably after long days of walking in New York City. The 123 bus from the Port Authority was really easy to take to Manhattan. It was so convenient having the grocery store right near the Air BnB and the people in the neighborhood were really friendly. We loved the Puerto Rican and Dominican snacks at the store and the community feel of this neighborhood. Thanks!

We enjoyed every minute of this stay! The beds were the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in! The home was clean. Cute. Charming. Kristen communicated very quickly! Would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

Loyda was extremely responsive and helpful! Beds were very comfortable and pictures were representative of the place. It is about a mile from the train station so just be prepared to walk or take the bus if you want to transit into nyc!

Excellent host, Gonza is very responsive and gives clear instructions. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos. Very clean and had everything you needed and more! Even though it’s a bit of an effort to get to NYC I still prefer this over staying in a small expensive hotel room in the city, if you like peace and quiet then you will enjoy staying here! The neighbourhood is also quiet and I felt safe which was the main highlight.

What originally drew me to this listing, besides the look of the place, was how complete and informative his listing was…very helpful esp not being familiar with the area. Our stay was perfect, everything was as advertised…clean, well stocked and close to all we wanted to do and would definitely recommend staying at CH Residence in Bayonne!! Thank you for everything 😊

Nice clean house. Kitchen complete. Plenty of towels. Using the washing machine is super nice. Comfortable beds. Safe environment. Quiet. With 15 minutes, you can be in the center of New York with bus 119. Jin emails fun tips to do during your stay. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Wonderful. We were 4 adults and the house is spacious enough. Bathroom is fine, sufficient shampoo, cream rinse and shower gel available. Nice shower. After check-out at 11.00 am, the luggage was allowed to remain until departure, so we could still go into the center. A grocery store two streets away from Gabriel's. Delicious fresh bread. This was such a nice stay. It was a great stay because the space was more than enough to accommodate my wife and I along with our daughter, as well as my mother in law and sister in law. It was close to grocery shopping so we were able to cook for ourselves. Plus the train to take us to New York wa literally a half block away! This is where we:lol stay ANYTIME we come to the NYC area.

I'm really glad I chose this spot for my 2 day trip to NYC. The house was on a street tucked away from the other, more busy streets, which was nice. My partner and I drove my car and were able to park it on the road or temporarily in the lot nearby until someone left for work (the host was also nice enough to text us to ask if we wanted to take her spot). We chose to take the Port Imperial ferry straight to NYC every day - the ferry was a 15 min Uber or 30 min walk away andwas 10 bucks a person and worked well to get to the heart of the city (8 min ferry ride). The house itself was comfy, clean, and had cute touches.

Jami's place is great. It was clean and exactly what we expected. The rooftop view was amazing. You can see the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center from the roof very nicely. The large open kitchen and living room was great for our group as we weren't all on top of each other. The price was great, and it was a great way to experience New York City without staying in NYC.

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Jose & Melissa’s house during our New York trip. The location was super convenient—just a quick Uber into Manhattan, but with the added bonus of being in a quieter, more relaxed neighborhood. Perfect balance for exploring the city while having a peaceful place to recharge at night. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and host was responsive and friendly, offering helpful local tips and making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Clean, comfortable and home-like!

This was a perfect place to stay. Walkable to train station, restaurants in walking distance, hosts were amazing! We loved everything about this home away from home! Katie and Thibault were wonderful, responded quickly and helpful in every way! Thank you both!

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . The outside out of the control of the host. Our children witnessed a drug deals and drug use. I understand that it was a holiday but for the price to double was a not good deal. The actual place though was very nice and clean. Unfortunate we were not able to use the roll out bed. The host was awesome and kind. But for the price with 5 people 2 adults and 5 kids seemed off and for such a late check in and an early departure you are only there for approx 42 hours for 2 night stay.

This Airbnb was a very nice place to stay. We were visiting our family in Hoboken and it was very convenient with the location. The walk to the train was not that bad. It was about 15 minutes. Would probably stay again.

Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

The Haüs of Bliss was just as cozy and kinky as advertised! My partner and I had a wonderful weekend there and loved every minute of it! The projector in the play room was also a wonderful touch where we could watch a movie or show when we wanted to take some breaks. We had so much fun and would definitely come back.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area
