We had a great stay at Tim's place. The unit was well furnished and had lots of charm. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment was quiet and peaceful! Tim is an excellent host, easy to communicate with, responsive and very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again.

This was my second time staying here and it’s perfect what I needed. I come up from the city to work Saratoga racetrack and just need a place to lay my head. It’s great affordable and clean. If you’re interested in downtown Troy, it’s a quick 10 minute drive. Also there is a Stewart’s close by. John and Shauna were very accommodating on both my visits!

We had the most amazing weekend at Alice’s. She was a beautiful and gracious host. She made us banana nut bread! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the lake. I would recommend staying here and plan to be back!!

Michael & Sarah’s place is fantastic! Right on the lake with every amenity you could want (French press, dishwasher, home theatre, BBQ, and fire pit to name a few) The place was comfortable and clean, in an extremely tranquil location, perfect for coffee or wine looking out over the lake from the porch or dock. This home had all of the little touches that make for an extremely comfortable stay (like wood and fire starters at the fire pit). Michael and Sarah are very warm, friendly and welcoming - we would recommend this place to anyone we know visiting the area!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. I’ve visited many, many AirBNB’s over the years and Elisabeth and Ricky’s was one of the best. The accommodation is beautiful, it’s a lovely little converted flat above the garage, settled into the woods and garden. We were greeted by their corgi and by Elisabeth who both made us feel at home. We were able to wander their gardens, drink gin and tonics in the sun and generally make ourselves at home. A lovely couple and a highly recommended Airbnb.

Lisa's place was perhaps the most thoughtfully equipped studio-type Airbnb we've stayed in. The decorations/furnishings were tasteful in a "this is a home" kind of way. Instructions were clear and communication was great too. 10/10 would stay again

This amazing apartment screams VIEW and LOCATION! The apartment has sweeping views of Central Park with beautiful sunrises for you to enjoy. It is located within JW Marriott Essex House with a common entry and exit from the hotel. Breakfast and meals are available at the Marriott on paid-basis. It is located at the south entrance of Central Park, its a 1 minute walk to 5th Avenue and a 5 min walk to Times Square. Everything that you may possibly need in New York is located around you. The apartment is on the 32nd floor and is well equipped with essentials. The host along with his property manager, Luke, communicated very well and made our stay comfortable. We will definitely return to this apartment for our next day in NYC !!

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Alex was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. The unit was wonderful. I would definitely stay at the unit again!

Thank you Tatyana for hosting us for a 3 day, 2 night visit. We loved your historical charming home and it was perfect for our short stay in New York. This was a great place to stay to be able to check out New Paltz and the surrounding area. Justin was very responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The place was so cute and clean and organized!

Great place! We came for a wedding in Saratoga and it was conveniently located for us and there was a lot of places around even though the place was on a very secluded country road. It was clean and the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was nice too. Thank you !!

The place was really nice and the host was great! Don’t get discouraged if the power goes out during your stay cause apparently that’ll happen 2-4 times a year according to the host. Other than that I highly recommend

Amazing view, great and comfy Airbnb. The hot tub is such a nice plus with the incredible view over the mountains. It was so well equipped we had most of our meals in the Airbnb because the kitchen was so functional. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Trisha’s place was the one that completely changed my perspective on air bnb, I really loved and enjoyed my entire experience as a whole. I’d definitely come back again thanks Trisha.

The Yay Frame lived right up to its name. My only regret was not being able to there sooner to spend more time in this oasis. From the hot tub, to the hooting owls, from the sauna to the arcade room with its arsenal of amazing books and games, this is a place I will rebook and consider every time I’m in the area. I would love to experience this home in the winter under a blanket of snow and after a day on the slopes. Shane is an excellent host. I left an item behind and he went above and beyond to make sure I could easily pick it up on my way back thru town.

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

We love staying here and have for years. It’s one of the best getaway spots in the ADK. Sandy is Ana amazing host, too. We will be back!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

This place is the perfect distance from the American Dream Mall ! Lovely location, lovely amenities, and a hot tub ? Definitely getting your moneys worth. Thank you Jenn for having us !

The getaway apartment was just as described. Peaceful, private, and with ample space and amenities for a family of three. We enjoyed our weekend!
