Holiday rentals with a pool in Hudson River

We were 5 girlfriends staying at this property. Each one of us loved everything about it . Perfect location !

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

The graves home was very comfortable. It was very accommodating. It had enough room for the whole family. We were not on top of each other. The beds were extremely comfortable. The last place we stayed at the beds were horrible. These were absolutely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet no surrounding neighbors. It was wonderful to wake up and see the deer in the backyard every morning while I was drinking my coffee. The host was great. He responded within 5 to 10 minutes every time I had no issues would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing family getaway. and the pool is wonderful.

Our family of 5 and pup had the best time on this gorgeous property! The photos do not do the artful design justice, it’s simply stunning and so thoughtful. Our kids swam ever day and loved the pool. We enjoyed Grace Farms, Prospect Movie Thester and a lovely Father’s Day meal at the Inn at Pound Ridge. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for someone who likes to cook and DoorDash was also easy to use when we didn’t feel like cooking. We will definitely be back! Thank you, RJ and John!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

We really enjoyed our time at Elizabeth Jane's place. The home is spacious and quaint, with nice furnishings, a tasteful colonial feel and easy access to downtown Litchfield and the Berkshires. The bucolic setting is lovely - scenic, relaxing and peaceful.

This place was an absolutely dream!! We were here celebrating with a group of friends- the space was comfortable for a group of 10, well equipped for cooking meals, and had so much charm. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking at when we can return next year. Truly the perfect upstate getaway!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. We had the most amazing, peaceful stay. The heated pool and hot tub were everything. And even when it was raining, sitting on the porch was so inviting and relaxing. The interior is just as gorgeous as the grounds, so thoughtfully decorated and stocked, made us feel right at home. I only wish we had booked it for longer. We will definitely be back.

Agnieszka was easy to work with, and a very considerate host. The condo was perfect for us. We were especially delighted to discover a standard queen bed in a separate little bedroom, in addition to the living room sofa bed pictured on the Airbnb site. Everything we needed was available and easy to find in this thoughtfully equipped apartment. The setting is quiet and lovely. From our private balcony vantage point the nearby pool and pickleball courts appeared to be well maintained. If we have the opportunity to return to the Catskills/Windham NY area, we will definitely hope to book this condo again.

An excellent stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at Doug’s condo! The unit is in a great location with beautiful views. Parking was super convenient and Doug makes check in a breeze. We enjoyed staying bay side and visited the restaurants nearby which are walking distance! We would definitely return and stay here again.

What a lovely stay! Located in a very convent area, there was lots to do in the summer months (hiking, swimming in the pool, cooking marshmallows over the fire pit). The place was very clean and well kept. Loved the little journal to read about other’s stays!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We loved staying at this cozy condo. We were able to find it easily and get inside without any issues. The bed was the best we’ve encountered in an Airbnb! I loved the small creek behind the condo and sitting on the balcony with my tea listening to it was a wonderful way to start the day. We would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a lovely time at Healing Waters Farm. Great location close to Belleayre Mountain. The place itself has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, and lovely clean bathrooms. The property has a calming stream, large swimming hot tub and sauna which we our family enjoyed. Recommend highly for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful home worked perfect for our wedding visit. Loved sitting on the deck! Beautiful landscaping and very private! We were very confortable and able to relax between events and visit. Donna wad very flexible and allowed us to enter early so a dew of our family members could do s little remote eork. I hope to rent here again in the future! As a special surprise we saw the northern lights from the deck one night!!

Mike’s place made for the perfect Hamptons vacation. The location was the perfect starting point for day trips to Montauk and the harbors and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach daily… but there really is no need to leave this amazing property. Our family cannot stop raving about the amazing outdoor setup that we took full advantage of every day. Mike was very responsive and provided a detailed guide for the house and excellent recommendations for the area. We would 100% book again when we’re in the area and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing Hamptons experience.

House is well represented. Spacious, very clean, and great location. Good for families or groups of friends.

We had a beautiful stay in Kerhonkson for a relaxing bachelorette weekend! Lillian’s place is absolutely beautiful and was so comfortable for my friends and I. Everything was as described, extremely clean, plenty of linens and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. We enjoyed sitting by the pool when it was sunny. Lillian was very communicative and flexible with check in time. Thank you!
