The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched our wish:being able to rest (while finding the amenities of a real apartment)after the crazy New York activity of the days!!! We had a terrific experience with Robert's apartment. The hosts were flexible, informative, and responsive. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed with little touches that we appreciated. It is in a quiet part of downtown with walkable access to the waterfront, good coffee, and excellent restaurants. If you have a reason to be in the Yonkers region I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Great little studio apartment attached to Emily’s house, very peaceful yet walkable to downtown Wilmington!!! Easy to get to the Hoot and Toot trail, and about a mile from the boat launch/picnic grove at the lake!! Absolutely would recommend and stay again!!

Great location for our weekend getaway, close to shops, supermarket, restaurants. Lisa went above and beyond filling mini fridge with drinks, breakfast supplies, fresh fruit and snacks. Couch in the living room is comfy to sleep on for a couple of days. If you are light sensitive, bring an eye mask. Space is pretty bright in the morning due to small window on the ceiling above the bed.

Perfect place to stay and ski either at hunter or windham. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed every minute of my stay. The house was clean as a whistle, and identical to the pictures. Loved the patio space and got to grill up dinner! Area is quiet, safe and overall peaceful. I would book again! Thanks again Joe!

I had a great time staying at Stephen’s ’s place! The loft was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and easy getting around. Stephen & Trina were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. They were so kind to put together some stuff for me to go to the beach one of the days, at short notice. I really appreciated that! The only minor downside for me was that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit slow at times, but realit wasn’t a dealbreaker. The place was absolutely great! I would easily recommend this place to stay. Although it is close to downtown it was really peaceful and calm.

This is our second stay here. Hopefully a 3rd soon! We love Robin's Loft. It is so comfortable and one the best decorated/furnished Airbnb's we've stayed in....and we've stayed in a few.....Love the location too !

My mom and I needed a place to stay close to the Skidmore campus for parents weekend. The place was perfect for us. It was close to campus and really easy to get into town to soak in all of Saratoga. The apartment was even more beautiful in person, clean, bright, and with every amenity you could imagine. There were snacks – even Ben & Jerry’s mini sundaes in the freezer! My daughter loved those! Sheri called me the night we checked in and we met her the next day. She was warm and friendly, and had lots of suggestions for us. It was a really comfortable space to rest, hang out, and make meals if we didn’t feel like going out to eat. It was a perfect place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

More than the place itself Angelica ensured the home catered to every your every need. It’s an exquisite place with phenomenal ownership. We will definitely be back to stay. Anyone who comes by her home should reserve as you won’t regret it. It’s a beautiful stay.

Emily’s renovated barn was beautiful and comfortable. She communicated well and gave clear instructions. It was tastefully decorated and stocked with what was needed. It is worth remembering that this was an old barn, not a brand new house. If you are ok with that, then I recommend this place! Thanks again Emily!

We really enjoyed our stay! Really great location - walkable to tons of amazing spots and a quick drive to other Kingston neighborhoods and neighboring towns like Saugerties and Woodstock. Street parking was easy; we grabbed a spot just next to the house every time. The house was super comfy with fun furnishings, a cute patio, and a kitchen with everything you might need. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
