Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Very amazing accommodation if you wanna have the Amsterdam experience. Both Karin and her husband communicated well and were very nice people. They were also available if you needed help, lived nextdoor. Gave us recommendations on what to visit and how to get there. The public transport was nearby too. Very nice place near the Olympic stadium. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was lovely. It really was super clean, absolutely no clutter, and the bed was very comfortable. The street was quiet and away from the touristy areas. However, it was just a short walk to the busier areas and the museums, a real plus. The steps up to the apartment were indeed very steep. We mentioned this to our Dutch friends and they said "welcome to Amsterdam"! They are part of every house so we accepted this and got used to them. Vincent's Check In instructions were clear and we had no problems. We had a very memorable stay. Thank you, Vincent.

A great studio apt with a beautiful garden in back, located in a quiet neighborhood of charming Utrecht. We enjoyed the space so much that we came home early one day just to sit in the garden and relax! Fun coffee shop a few doors down on the left and great gelato at the other end of the block, otherwise residential and quiet. Highly recommend!

The apartment was lovely and cozy, with plenty of useful amenities that made our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and responsive, which we really appreciated. Overall, the place was clean and well-maintained, though the bedsheets could use a refresh. The beds are very soft (something to keep in mind depending on your preference). Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Sebastiaan was so kind and friendly. He met us promptly when we arrived and showed us the space. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had complimentary coffee and even a bottle of chilled champagne! He made some great local recommendations. Each time we messaged him, we heard back within minutes. I really appreciated that his checkout process was simple --much appreciated when you're trying to get out the door early in the morning. Overall, the place was beautiful and quiet (no street noise), in a perfect location to easily walk to everything we wanted to see, and Sebastiaan was so helpful. Loved this place, would definitely recommend.

A fantastic and complete stay. Everything is available and the sauna completes it all. Communication with the host was very easy and there is a lot to be experienced in the area. So highly recommended!

Our stay at Hans’ place was fantastic. It was exactly as described - neat and clean, with great amenities and in an excellent location. Hans is incredibly friendly and a wonderful host. He provided a map of the city with tons of recommendations, and the bikes were so great for getting around. There were nice touches like that all throughout his place, it’s obvious how much he cares about creating a welcoming environment. If you have the opportunity to stay here I can’t recommend it enough. This is everything Airbnb is supposed to be.

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

The perfect pad for two in a really beautiful part of Amsterdam - central and easy to walk to everything but quiet at night and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Mati was great and really easy to get hold of, ask questions etc. I would highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Joost and his wife are particularly welcoming. Their warm side helped make our stay familiar and friendly. Excellent bedding. Perfect cleanliness. The breakfast brought every morning with a smile was carefully prepared, good and hearty. This moment was an opportunity to chat a little with an open and caring couple. The apartment, easy to find - is extremely pleasant, well furnished, accessible and in a green and peaceful setting. The tram that takes us to the city center and the Museum district is a 3-minute walk away and the trams are very frequent. We had a really nice stay at Nicolette's place. Perfectly situated to visit the "Groene Hart" of the Netherlands or go to Gouda, Utrecht… by bike. The house is on the beautiful river Vecht and is in a very quiet environment. Nicolette is also a very friendly and flexible host

A beautiful home immersed in nature and surrounded with friendly animals. We had a very peaceful stay and we felt very much at home. We will return!

That was a wonderful stay in a sweet and very cozy accommodation! When we come back to Amsterdam, we definitely want to be accommodated in Astrid's little cozy cottage again! Everything you need is available here. There is also a selection of spices, coffee and tea available as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes. The house was very clean and tastefully cozy. The beds were very comfortable too. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the bus stop with a good connection to Amsterdam. All in all, a five-star plus accommodation! This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

our stay was very convenient and easy to travel as it is very close to the train station an shops. the neighbourhood is quiet and safe and clean. our stay was very comfortable as it suited every needs of ours with having all basic amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment.

We were greeted personally by Remy and he showed us the apartment and explained how to operate the hot tub. He also gave us recommendations for the area. We were always able to reach him via message and he was very helpful. The apartment and jacuzzi are very private so you feel comfortable. In addition, the accommodation was super clean and pleasant accents were set by fresh flowers.

Marjolijn and Erik’s place was absolutely spectacular. The space is gorgeous, and it’s in a perfect location in the city, with so much around that is easily walkable. Immaculately clean, with so many bonus amenities. Marjolijn and Erik were very accommodating, and check in and out was a breeze. Cannot recommend this spot enough!
