The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Only 30 minutes from Astrid Lindgren's World, there is the chance to experience and enjoy an incredibly lovely peaceful environment. Modern cottage with large fenced plot where both children and dogs can run free, private swimming area with sandy bottom, wood-fired sauna, rowing boat, canoe and a bunch of sun loungers to enjoy! Since there are two cottages on the property and also room to park a motorhome or caravan, it is absolutely perfect for several families to rent at the same time.

Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Plocka ägg och njut av frukosten med utsikt över åkrar och skog. Ca 2 km härifrån hittar ni sjön Maren där man kan bada. Det tar ca 45 minuter att köra till Astrid Lindgrens värld.
