Beautiful, bright rooms near Ku'damm with balcony

This is where Berlin shows its beautiful side. The city-west is at your feet and with the S-Bahn you are in Mitte in a quarter of an hour. Trade fair visitors can easily reach their destination. We were very happy to stay with Tina and would like to come again. Everything was as it should be, it was clean and tidy, and a nice balcony with lounge. Tina was very helpful with transportation, and always responded quickly! The apartment is close to the S train station and there is a supermarket close by and a good bakery just around the corner!

Very kind and flexible host. It perfectly embodies the nature for which air bnb was born. The room is nice and with everything you need. There is an en-suite bathroom but as described by Andreas, the shower is shared in the apartment. Never had any issue for sharing the shower. One small suggestion, do not go to bed hungry because the bakery downstairs creates an incredibly good perfume of freshly baked bread.

The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly and helpfully to questions. Due to the spaciousness of the apartment and a generally considerate atmosphere, you also have a lot of peace and privacy. You can relax well. Highly recommend!

If I could give a 6th star, I would. Everything was spotless, the place is adorable just like Andrea. I had a memorable stay in Berlin, it travels very well with public transport from the accommodation and the neighborhood is very nice. Andrea was a good tip for restaurants, grocery stores, and sightseeing. I would come back without hesitation.

Arne was a fantastic host, very understanding; there was mishap with the keys, my fault, which caused a little chaos and he was very relaxed about it, which was a relief. Besides that, the flat is really nice, very well thought through, it felt like a very personnal space yet cosy for a visiting guest. The cats are gorgeous and very sweet..!
