Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.

Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
