The Oude Smederij is located in an agricultural area on the outskirts of the village of Arum (on the Elfsteden route) and is centrally located between Harlingen (on the Wadden Sea with ferry services to Vlieland and Terschelling), Franeker (Planetarium and Frisian Museum), Bolsward (Broerekerk) and Makkum, located on the IJsselmeer with boulevard and beach.

Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Wakker worden in ons, duurzaam gebouwd varend tiny huis is voor iedereen een weldaad, waarna je de hectiek van alle dag weer aan kunt.

The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine, including detergent, for the small laundry.
