if you are looking for a place that's chill, safe and on a budget, look no further, we stayed there for a month and it was really nice. the place itself was clean spacious enough for the two of us with a nice green yard to hang out in. Jay was always responsive and very helpful, even with things not related to our accommodation. we felt like we made new friends and it was sad to leave.

It's a very lovely and green and quiet home in Karen - the place instantly makes you feel at peace. Enjoy being in nature but still close to Karen places. I have been there twice now and would definitely visit again!

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately shorter than we had planned but Katelyn was extremely accommodating and the cottage was cosy and comfortable with really nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage was also located in a great area close to everything you might need.

I have been travelling to Nairobi a lot of times, but this is my favorite place to be . A wonderful garden, a wonderful house , and with Consalata and Henry the best people you can ever expect to take care of you . As described - you have to accept, that this is an old property - maybe the water pressure for taking a shower is not what you want . But the beds , the garden, the kitchen and where it is situated offer you the best possible stay you can imagine at Nairobi. I will definitely come back

the most beautiful hideaway in town In the most prestigious are in Karen we found this beautiful cottage Amaraxing. very quiet location in a rich neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. very nice and attentive staff. extremely secure. We come again

Mathew is a wonderful host. Very attentive, communication was amazing and dealing with him was great. If I wanted or needed clarification on anything he was available. Has a very spacious nice and clean place Wonderful experience definitely staying there again!

Rose was very responsive and friendly. She helped us with booking a daytrip for our group of 10persons with driver (gamedriving Nairobi NP) and followed up how we were doing during our stay at the appartement. Thanks a lot Rose!

This was the perfect little tree house retreat. The house was nestled in a beautiful little corner of the property, with a narrow path to guide you, surrounded by trees for privacy. There’s a covered patio that is perfect for an outdoor hang in the rain, the area surrounding the tree house gets quite a bit of sun but you need to bring your own equipment to enjoy it. This is a tree house through and through no frills but an authentic rustic experience. There’s hot water to enjoy a bath and shower, mosquito nets to protect you from the occasional flying thing that creeps in at night ( I wasn’t particularly bothered by bugs but the mosquito net allowed me to sleep peacefully), there’s a cute little loft with a bed. The kitchen has everything you need to sustain yourself but no gourmet dinners are happening here. WiFi worked perfectly. It was just the perfect little no frills low tech retreat that I needed. Stairs are a bit narrow so no kids/ wobbly folks.

Evalyne is indeed a super host. Friendly, responsive and quick to fix any issues that came up. The apartment was great. It's a good size with amazing views of the city. Easy to find location and perfect access to anywhere in the city and major roads. Bedrooms are roomy, big comfy beds and are ensuite. There is also a loo for guests. Security is available 24/7. The traffic tends to be loud especially if the balcony doors/windows are open. If you book long term, utilities (cooking gas, water, power) are charged to the guest. I was unaware ( probably missed the fine print) but Evalyne notified me when I checked in. They paid a certain amount initially. It is a serviced apartment and would have loved the bedsheets and towels to be washed / replaced twice a week as that is part of the service offered but not knowing the end cost of how much water/power the washing machine uses + cooking gas rendered me caution. I did enjoy my stay and would book again especially with the knowledge gained

Lovely apartment! Very clean and large roomy bedrooms. Appreciated the washer AND dryer!! Not many offer that! We were out a lot running errands before heading home to Kisii but our 4 nights was a great stay! We drive a large Land Cruiser Safari Vehicle. Appreciated both Fredric AND the guards assistance to park it securely! Thanks for answering all my questions! Well equipped kitchen Comfortable beds Hot water for showers Comfy sitting area Nice large dining table True to description VERY responsive hosts!! We left a couple important items and they went back twice to confirm and retrieve for us. Over and above!! Thank you!! Would suggest shower curtains for the beautiful bathrooms. And while the space was great for the whole family including 3 kids under 5… I would be cautious with toddlers as windows are not barred. Which I think is mentioned in the description. Didn’t think too much until I was looking out an opened window. 😳 Will use again if we stay on that side!

We truly appreciated having a stay where we didn’t have to unpack our own towels and linens—everything provided was spotless! The whole house was incredibly clean, and we felt right at home. We had such a beautiful stay and enjoyed every moment of it. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Sheila's Place. Sheila is very responsive to guest inquiries. The location was excellent with easy access to Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Airports, Restaurants and other fun activities. The residence was as described in the post. The apartment is clean, secure, with great access to reliable internet and very well furnished. It was a great experience. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book the apartment in my next visit to Nairobi.

The place is as described. Good value for money. It is ideal for anyone including families as there is restaurant,minimarket and children play area at the premisee.

Staying at Lilian’s apartment at 104 Riverside Dr. in Westlands was an absolute delight! The apartment was exquisite—immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything I needed and more, with a beautiful ambiance that made it feel like a true home away from home. Lilian was an exceptional host—prompt, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay seamless from start to finish. The location is fantastic as well, safe and convenient with easy access to everything Nairobi has to offer. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be booking it again the next time I’m in town. Thank you, Lilian, for such a wonderful experience!

Stacked in the middle of the “Forest”, surrounded by nature, perfect getaway. Friendly host, my only problem is that we tried using the bathtub but could not. Other than that i would highly recommend
