This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. Inside you'll find a comfy king size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; toaster; toasted sandwich maker and a portable dual plug-in hob. The Stables a brand new spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion finished to a high standard. Situated at Todd's House Farm on the outskirts of the historic small town of Sedgefield. Situated on a quite lane, the Stables is within walking distance of Sedgefield which has plenty to offer with its pubs, cafes, gift shops and the picturesque Hardwick Park. It is very accessible from both the A1 and A19 with easy access to Durham, the Yorkshire Moors and Dales, Northumberland and the surrounding areas.

Thistledowne (with an e) is a 3 bedroomed family house, also ideal for 3 or 4 friends, with cloakroom and conservatory; situated in a quiet area of Sunderland about 15 mins walk from the Stadium of Light. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Roker beach from where you can often see dolphins . Even closer are the National Glass Centre, Sunderland University's St. Peter's Campus and marina. Perfectly placed for early morning jogs or cycle rides either along the riverside or the seafront.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.
