Beautiful place and a nice clean home

Very nice cabin, in very nice surroundings a lot of patio and cozy indoors. Recommended for anyone who wants a relaxation close to water and forest. Perfect!

Very nice cabin, perfect for a larger group. It would be advantageous to have an additional bathroom, but with a little planning, 15 people and 1 bathroom worked fine.

The cabin is located in quiet surroundings inside the forest (we were fortunate to see both deer and squirrels) and with a short way to the swab and beach. That room nicely 2 families (a total of 8 people) and we think the cabin contained what we needed to cook for everyone. Rolf was a nice host who guided us by phone to get there the first day and it was extra nice that there were nice roses on the table and that the fridge contained refreshments when we arrived.

Per Christian and family were exceptionally kind hosts. They were wonderful ambassadors of their home, and also of the area and the country! As newcomers to Norway, they helped us feel truly welcome, which we really appreciated. :) Their house is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. It's homey with a lovely selection of furniture and decor. As an added bonus, the nearby store called Tjøme Kolonial had wonderful organic and local products. I'd definitely recommend staying at Per Christian's home and enjoying the little oasis they've created.

Silje's cottage was an immediate feel-good place!We were allowed to spend a few beautiful & quiet days on Little Yellow, with Silje always answered directly & answered our questions with advice & action. Particularly missing will be like the veranda with the large garden (including hot tub)! Also the available board games made us sweeter every night:) Not far away we had everything we needed: from supermarket, to restaurants, to a great beach. The proximity to the next larger city of Fredrikstad also had its advantages! There we came across friendly people and delicious food & admired the diverse sculptures. In any weather you could do something & a rainy evening was in order, the day in Silje's cottage ended really well with a cozy fireplace & a movie night. Definitive recommendation !!

We had a great stay at the cabin! It is bright and pleasant, and was clean and tidy when we arrived. There were fun toys there that our children played well with. Martin was nice + easy to communicate with. Got quick answers to what we were wondering about. We would gladly came back!

Cabin with simple standard on large plot in the woods on beautiful Søndre Sandøy. The cabin is as described and as in the pictures. No water in the kitchen so have to get water in the harbor for dishes and drinking water, but it worked fine to get by bike (that's also part of the charm - at least in fine weather :)). There is running water in the bathroom for hand washing and similar. There are several bikes at the cabin that we used a lot! Many nice places within cycling distance and nice hiking trails on the island.

Very nice and modern cabin with all facilities. Quiet and sheltered place with great views. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden city center and great hiking trails and beaches. This place is really recommendable.

We have really enjoyed our 3 days in the house, which was in fantastic quiet surroundings where we really got to relax. Clean and tidy and with is well equipped kitchen! Thank you

We were a group of people on a cabin trip at Skogro, and had a good time. Very cozy cabin with plenty of space, nice outdoor area and short distance to nice hikes and beaches. We especially liked that a note of Camilla cares about the cabin and want you to enjoy yourself there. Nice that you could read about the history behind the cabin and furniture/interiors. 🌞

Really great place to stay, nice and quiet on the edge of the forest, and with lots of amenities, weber grill, fire pit, jacuzzi ++. Great place to relax with kids.

We had a very cozy stay with Ole Kristian and Lillian. Cozy storehouse/bathhouse, patio and surroundings. Very nice and helpful when we needed. Highly recommended.

Great chalet in an amazing location! We were a family of 4, with two big and two small, and had a super week at Hvaler. A very well-maintained cabin with all the necessary amenities, within very short walking distance to a child-friendly beach. A cozy little walk from the car to the cabin. Quiet and peaceful with lovely panoramic view overlooking the sea. The host has been great to communicate with and has provided great instructions and tips for the stay. We would gladly came back!

Ragnhild was a perfect host and the cabin was wonderful. A perfect location which was peaceful and comfortable. The cabin was clean, well looked after and Ragnhild was very helpful and welcoming. We hope to come back!
