Beautiful and large villa with private garden close to Copenhagen

In our house, there is room for the whole family or friends. The house has a large wooden terrace and private garden. There is a sandbox and play tower for free use. Only 10 minutes' walk to the S-train from where you can take the train directly to Copenhagen H, Nørreport, Vesterport, etc. In addition, only 2 km to a lovely, child-friendly beach. 750 meters to the nearest shopping. Renovated brick master villa in a lovely neighborhood.

Master mason villa from around 1930 - fully renovated. The house is surrounded by a beautiful east- and west-facing garden and two terraces - one of which is covered. It will be possible to borrow both adult and children's bicycles, as well as the possibility to charge electric cars - extra charge. In the garden there is a climbing wall, pull-up bar and Olympic barbell with associated weights if you want to work-out. The neighborhood is a nice quiet area with easy access to public transport.

Fantastic house in 1. row to the water and beach

Property in the first row to the sea, 4 beds, free parking, electric car charger, a Spirii GO app is required to charge, quiet road, close to Copenhagen. Hvidovre Strandpark is close by. Here you will find, among other things, a child-friendly beach, a large green area, a marina and small, nice restaurants. Several good golf courses nearby, Royal Golf Club, Copenhagen Golf Club. Tivoli in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by train. ZOO in Copenhagen can be reached in 20 minutes by bus 4A.

Wonderful villa a few kilometers from the center of Copenhagen

With 250 m2 spread over four floors, there is room for lots of play if you visit Copenhagen with the whole family. In addition, we have a cozy garden, as well as a patio, with both barbecue, garden furniture & swing. Indoors, you will find both a large nice kitchen with dining area, laundry basement, three children's rooms with a lot of toys , two toilets, as well as two bathrooms. On the 2nd floor, we have just completely renovated “the masterbedroom” with large skylights and a nice bathroom.

Classic meets modern villa - close to Copenhagen!

Vores hus ligger tæt på byen (København), som man kommer let til med offentligt transport, på cykel eller i bil. Huset er en klassisk dansk villa at større moderne arkitekttegnet tilbygning fra 2022 Huset har masser af plads og der er mulighed for at slappe af inde eller ude i haven efter en dag i byen. Huset og haven er ideel til børnefamilier og er stoppet til med legesager og udendørsaktiviteter (trampolin, sandkasse og meget mere) - og husets Christiania-cykel står til rådighed!

Idyllic Copenhagen family house

Welcome to our lovely house, perfect for family with kids, potentially 2 couples. It has a beautiful garden & terrace in the sun the whole day and is only 15-20 min from central station / Tivoli by bus. It is an old house with stairs leading to the 1st floor and to the basement, which are not adapted to older people or young toddlers as there is no security barrier. Please note that due to some bad experience, we will no longer accept young kids between 0-4 years old.

Hus med have til leje. 9 km til Rådhuspladsen. Tæt på strand, havn og S-tog. Inkl pasning af 3 ude/indekatte😻 De skal bare lukkes ind om morgenen og ud om aftenen og have mad og vand. De er ude/indekatte, mest ude ( besørger udendørs, hvis de lukkes ud morgen og aften) Mulighed for opladning af elbil. Monta-app. Sengene er hhv 180 og 160 boxmadrasser. Lagner og sengetøj medbringes eller kan lejes mod er mindre beløb. Der er 2 badeværelser.

There is a 2-minute walk to our green areas and harbor, which are ideal for beautiful walks. We live close to public transport and there is a 15-minute train ride into beautiful Copenhagen.
