Apartment holiday rentals in Hwaseong-si

It was so comfortable and relaxing that I was able to rest well before heading out. :) I liked the cleanliness, and the best thing was the good accessibility. >_< If I get an accommodation in Suwon next time, I want to stay here again!!😽

This was a great location to stay in in Suwon! The Starfield Mall is really accessible with the bus stop in front of the accommodations and is one bus stop away from a train station (: Really loved having the mall downstairs to walk around at before heading to the airport as well. The only downside to this apartment is the size of the towels, it was smaller than we expected.

It was very beautiful, easy to access, and the host was very polite.

For the price, the amenities, the condition of the bedding, and the parking of the facilities are all relaxing and great. Is it operational at this price? It's a concern? I already recommended it to my acquaintances I'll use it again if I go on a business trip I hope you flourish

Staying at Mr. Soon's was pleasant. The host is very warm and actively communicated. The accommodation is located near metro no. 1 and other bus connections. There are amazing local restaurants / cafes or food stalls nearby. There is a beautiful view of the main intersection from the window. Photos correspond to reality. It is a quiet neighborhood, from which it is possible to get anywhere within a 35-minute drive. We had a great stay! We highly recommend it! Thank you! ✨

I had a comfortable stay in a clean, newly built accommodation!! I definitely want to use it next time when I get a chance. The quick response was also good! There is also a Lotte Mart nearby, so you can easily shop:)

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. I brought all the toiletries just in case, but I have all the necessary supplies. ^^ Outside the window, you can see the lake a little. I stayed on the 6th floor, but if it was a higher floor, I think the view would have been better. If I use Airbnb in Suwon, I'll use it again. ^^

The accommodation was beautiful, the transportation was good, there was a convenience store, and it was nice.

It's wider than the photos of the accommodation! The accommodation is too small.🤣 Two of us used it, and we were able to use it comfortably without any shortage of space. There was enough space for two people to do laundry, and there was plenty of space to put shoes, so I was able to put two carriers (21, 26 inches) in. I contacted you in advance, so you prepared an extra set of blankets and bedding, which was convenient:) Neat!💕 It was so nice that all the other basic supplies were taken care of, so there was nothing to take separately! Even if you walk really slowly from the station, it's 5 minutes and there's a bus stop right away, so you can go to Dongtan E-Mart and Hanrim Seongsim. Just come out and walk for about 2 minutes and get on the car😆 (refer to hospital trainees🎶) The host was so kind and there was no noise, so I got along well with my friend! It was a great room! I think I'll catch it again if I come to the practice next time.🥰

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

It's a clean and very satisfying accommodation. There are many places to eat around and I love it. The tableware, blankets, and towels are all clean! The disadvantage was that the internet was not working well, so it was inconvenient to use my phone. Other than that, it's a very satisfying accommodation!

Amanda’s place was really clean (spacious too considering it’s a studio) and the location is super ideal. It’s quite central and close to the subway which made it convenient to get around the city. There are lots of food options nearby as well as one of the best malls which is literally a 5min walk away. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

A hope and a skip to Line 9, CU and a small eatery downstairs. Space was relaxing and open which was so lovely to come back to after a jam packed day of sightseeing. So well worth to stay, will come back again!

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

Super responsive host and great location right above a shopping centre. Amenities were great and I would recommend. We mostly took taxis everywhere but train and bus station are maybe 10 ish minutes away by walk. Would recommend

It was so neat and the location was good Unfortunately, there is only one spoons and chopsticks, so it would be nice to bring a disposable spoon when going with more than two people. Apart from that, I was so satisfied that I plan to come again next time ^ ^

I booked the accommodation in a hurry on the day, but I'm so satisfied. I especially felt that the interior was taken care of, and the toiletries were neat and nice. The living room with mirrors and a pretty sofa is a photo zone.

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

One of my fav places we've stayed ! Not fancy but so many greats touches that made it feel like home.

The bathroom was clean and the bathroom amenities were all well stocked. I liked it because you responded quickly and there was plenty of parking space. I'll come again next time I come to Gwanggyo.

It was a great value for the money, and I had a very spacious and comfortable time! The computer specs are also a PC cafe.
