Erica’s place was exactly what we needed and she was a spectacular host. I definitely recommend. If you’re a family with kids, this is especially perfect as it’s a short walk to the beach and Erica has everything you could possibly need (sand toys included!). Highly recommend

Our stay at this charming, one-bedroom cottage was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by its storybook charm—complete with a white picket fence and blooming flowers. Inside, the exposed beams and cozy décor gave it the perfect blend of rustic and coastal charm. We started every morning on the back deck, sipping coffee and listening to the birds—it truly felt like a hidden sanctuary. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The water pressure in the shower was amazing (not always easy to find but greatly appreciated), and every detail felt considered. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t find within its white cabinets. It was quaint and quiet, but still conveniently located to beaches, shops, and restaurants. A perfect blend of nature, comfort, and Cape Cod magic. We'd come back in a heartbeat and hopefully have slightly better weather!!

We had a good time at this Airbnb, despite the weather and the washing machine not working. Jessica was quick to remedy the situation, getting a new washer within a day. She also checked in to make sure everything was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place—it was spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. The kitchen was well provided with everything we needed for cooking and dining in. The beds were comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. Chris provided detailed, helpful instructions. I would recommend this listing highly.

My friends and I had a great time at Geet's place! The house was in a private/safe little turnoff with friendly neighbors, and 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Gas stations, stores, and food places within a few minutes drive, and the house itself was spotless, and well sticked with amenities. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cute, quiet getaway!

Cape So Hard exceeded our expectations, and more! Andrea is an incredible host - so thoughtful, proactive and responsive. Her check-ins and local suggestions were all so appreciated. We followed the house guide like a bible and can honestly say it was spot on!! The house is a perfect vacation getaway - it truly reflects the care and passion which has been put into creating a really special vacation home. Very stylish and minimalist whilst also feeling so warm and welcoming. We took our two small children and so appreciated the beach toys, high chair, small nightlights, bed bumpers etc. We loved the location for accessibility to lots of different beaches, ferry points, an easy drive to Chatham and Provincetown too. The gas fire remote is genius! And our girls were obsessed with the 'pink bath' in the master bedroom. Do not hesitate to book - we promise you won't regret it!!

This residence provided a perfect setting for our four generation family reunion. Especially great was the large fenced in back yard with plenty of things for the little children. Any issue or concern was addressed by Pei immediately by text. Driving or flying in from several states created time issues and Pei was good to allow us to access the house prior to our 4pm entry. House is beautiful and exactly how the photos look! Super clean and organized which made it more comfortable and cozy! Andre was very responsive and flexible with check in and check out times. Would definitely do it again!!!

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process. The place appeared exactly as it did in the photos. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to watch sunrises and sunsets over the water within a few min walk of each other!

This place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close to town by car but quiet. Big yard, super clean, very quiet.

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay at Natalia's place was pleasant and memorable. We went there to celebrate a bachelorette and Natalia recommended places and restaurants to visit. The villa looks exactly as in pictures and is well equipped . The wifi was fast. The girls enjoyed the spa , yoga and massage. Some of us had fun with the smart toilets. Communication with Natalia was clear and prompt. Definitely consider staying again at Natalia's place! Thank you for hosting!
