Aviv’s house is clean, comfortable and charming! The backyard is private and inviting. It is a great place to hang out. Inside, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and there was nothing we were lacking inside. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable The house was in a safe neighborhood and very close to restaurants, stores and local attractions. Aviv answered any questions I had quickly. This ended up being the perfect place for our trip. Thank you for letting us stay! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

We had a good time at this Airbnb, despite the weather and the washing machine not working. Jessica was quick to remedy the situation, getting a new washer within a day. She also checked in to make sure everything was good.

Laurie’s Sunburst Cottage was a perfect location. The view was spectacular each morning, waking up to see long pond. The space was so nicely decorated and very cozy for us to enjoy and relax with Netflix and other streaming included. Her eye for detail, even proving power strips next to each bed made it so easy and convenient to charge our phones. The place was spotless, clean and had updated and well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor kayaks, fire pit or sitting areas, but they were beautiful as well, and added to the view from the windows. It’s conveniently located mid cape giving people access to doing various things on the cape. Walking around the neighborhood also gave us additional views of long pond. I highly recommend it, and would go back in a heartbeat. Laurie was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks again Laurie for sharing your lovely home with us! Katie

WE 12 friends went there for a long weekend getaway and we had a really good time. For anyone reading this review, one thing that this listing does not say is that how there are sun window in each room which is not covered by anything. So if you need dark room to sleep it will be an issue, some of my friends had hard time going to sleep once the sun was up and the room was all bright and lit. Beside that one issue we had an amazing time staying at this place. Olga is an amazing host and was always very responsive and understanding of our situation. The beach is at walking distance and the area is very safe, we loved going on a beach walk in the middle of the night.

Great location, easy access to the beach, ferries and upper Cape. Very clean and the hosts even accommodated a special request. Would stay here again!

We love to visit the cape every year or two, and this might have become our favorite place to stay while visiting. We have two dogs that are noise sensitive and this was perfect. In a quiet location, large fenced backyard. The home was beautiful and we really have no complaints. We hope to come back soon, thank you for having us.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in Sandwich. The property was very easy to find and well located. Walkable to the beach and sights in Sandwich, and a short drive to local restaurants. The property was clean, very well presented and homely. Hope to return one day!

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house is nice, large, we had a rest with the whole family, 9 people, plenty of space, there is everything you need in the kitchen. Good quiet location!!!

Enjoyed a delightful weekend here! First time visiting the Cape, and Paula made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. No need to worry about beach towels or chairs, and having a beach pass was certainly an added plus. The house was beautiful, well-thought-out, and well-maintained. We loved staying at Greg and Maureen’s! Kind and gregarious hosts with great communication, walkable proximity to some of cape’s best beaches and the craigville retreat center, cozy cottage on a stunning property. Our elderly dog had a great time and was warmly welcomed as well. Would gladly return!

We had a lovely time staying at the Piping Plover for a week in June! The cottage was so cute and the neighborhood was beautiful, easily walkable, and we loved having the beach access right down the road. Rebecca was very helpful during the booking and check-in process, and we had no issues throughout the week. It was the perfect way to start summer!

We had an excellent stay at Great Hill Cottage. The entire house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Great amenities.

Beautifully remodeled home, lovely setting on a large pond. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. I am an avid cook/home chef and appreciate the decent cookware. So many places have understocked kitchens and wounded cookware. Comfortable King bed. Thoughtfully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 13 year old boxer who has traveled the country and we appreciated the one level living. We did not mind being farther from town, we love the wildlife and the beautiful swan swimming on the pond! The host, Benjamin, was easy to get ahold of, though we had no issues with anything at all. The booklet on Salt Crystal that was sent ahead to us was extremely helpful to us! We would definitely stay here again!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us!
