Apartment holiday rentals in Hyde Park, Tampa

The apartment is in a great location in easy walking distance to everything around the channel district, lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. It was clean, in a nice building, easy to access and the host was kind and communicated with us well. I'd stay here again for sure.

Definitely a nice cozy place, very clean, and Katherin was very helpful when I had questions. Easy and fun stay for a little vacation. Would definitely book again.

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

My second stay here. Always clean, great for 1 or 2 people. Beth is great and super helpful if you need anything. Would definitely recommend. I’ll certainly book another stay on my next trip to Tampa!

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

Our stay was nothing but smooth and cozy. We felt right at home with this location and everything was super neat and tidy. Owner is super responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place and would book again.

Nikki was an amazing host!!!! couldn’t have had a better host!! we were with my brother in the hospital! nikki checked on everything! the airbnb! towels! sheets! even asked how my brother was doing! the place was perfect! nikki helped to find laundry place to wash our clothes and everything i needed! so blessed to have picked this airbnb and have Nikki as a host!

It was a great place to stay at if you’re on vacation! The entire space was clean and easy to find. All restaurants and activities are about 5-10 mins away from it. Host was absolutely fantastic kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone and will definitely be back again!

Peter’s place is very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and well decorated, the property is very beautiful. The location is so convenient as it is close to the airport, the plaza, grocery stores and even the Amalie arena, which was perfect since we went to a bolts game. The entrance is also gated so we felt safe during our stay, all in all it’s a great find for those staying in Tampa - Thanks, Peter!

I was taking a course at the epicurean hotel and this was very close, I walked each day (2 days) then this was also very close to GREAT restaurants and the ocean. Perfect location. Quiet.

This was the perfect little place for a stay where don’t need much. Definitely worth the money and located not far from a lot of restaurants.

I loved this little unit. The high ceilings really make it feel huge inside! The windows also add tons of light. If you like to cook the kitchen is very large for an Airbnb. Parking was also easy.

Joel was an awesome host! His place was incredible has everything you need for a pleasent stay,close to everhing airport, Raymond stadium, supermarkets and so on. In my opinion best place to stay in Tampa.

Great location, responsive owner, super clean and lots of space (bigger than it looks in the pics) We stayed here right before going on a cruise and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The building itself is a little fussy, but thats not the owners fault, as this is primarily an apartment residence. Just pay attention to the detailed parking instructions they give you and points and times of access. Other than that, there’s a Starbucks and dominos right downstairs and of course, close proximity to riverwalk.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks here. Jessica was very helpful and obliging. Will definitely be coming back. Beds and pillows super comfortable. Everything was here that we needed.

I had a great stay at Johnathan’s Airbnb! The space was super clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can tell he takes pride in maintaining the property. Johnathan was very communicative and easy to reach, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He was also really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. It’s always a plus when the host is just as great as the space itself. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay. Great place, nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close little marketplace around the corner if you need any water, soda, meat or toiletries. Very good cuban restaurant next to it. Pool was very relaxing and the grill was very clean as well. If I ever came back to Tampa I would definitely book here again. Yenia was very nice and very accommodating!

Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable and thoughtfully curated retro oasis! The space was clean, full of charming touches and amenities, and had a truly unique vibe. Being so close to the SunRunner, we were able to explore St. Pete (the pier, downtown, and more) without using our car at all during the weekend! The jacuzzi was also a PERFECT way to unwind. The hosts, Liz and Ernesto, were incredibly welcoming and kind—even offering us a sweet anniversary toast upon arrival. All in all, this is a lovely space with incredibly kind hosts & we’d love to return again soon on our next trip to St. Pete! :)
