House holiday rentals in Hyde Park, Tampa

We chose this house because it was close to our family and event, but the location is close to the interstate and easy to find. The backyard was set up well for the group we had and the pool was perfect! The bedrooms were large and the entire home was clean. Having a second refrigerator in the screened in porch was also a nice surprise! We did have a little bit of trouble with the front door lock, but that was just user error! When I texted Heather regarding the lock, I got a quick response. We would definitely rent here again.

Jeff's place was within walking distance of Raymond James stadium where we stayed for a 3-day concert. Everything was as described, communication was on point & it was nice to have a pool. We would stay here again!

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

This was a charming house with a perfect space for relaxing. Close to shops that have all the amenities you may need. Host was explicit in instructions and provided all the basic necessities. Very happy I chose this little oasis for our mini vacation.

Staying with Jose & Sara was an amazing experience! (Again!) We have stayed at their home previously, and we really enjoyed ourselves. When looking for a home to rent for vacation this time, we were excited to see Jose & Sara’s house! We jumped at the opportunity to rent this perfectly sized home again. Jose & Sara do such a great job of making you feel at home. There were towels folded on the beds and so many extra beach towels for the pool! There was even a little snack tray for us when we arrived. The directions to enter the home were easy to follow. We had one super tiny issue with the coffee pot, & Jose handled it quickly & efficiently. The pool is such a highlight of a perfect home! Perfect size to float around & enjoy the sun. The hot tub felt amazing after a 17 hour drive. You literally feel like you entered paradise, right outside the back door. There is a nice shady area with a fan as well. Very responsive and the house was great!

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

We loved this place!! My family and I stayed for the weekend for my oldest son's college graduation and were so happy to have found this gem! The pool was fantastic. They went crazy for the pool table! The kitchen is much bigger than expected and the couch is amazingly comfortable. Jeannette and Nathaniel are very proactive and fast with their communication. We loved this place! Highly recommend and will be back for sure!

A private paradise! This was the best part of our family vacation. The house was immaculate and organized. The outside area was amazing. I loved enjoying morning coffee in the hot tub everyday and listening to all the birds. I will be back.

This was the third time my co-workers and I have stayed in this location and it remains at the top of my list for AirBnbs in Tampa. The space is always immaculate and has none of the slightly worn feel of so many other AirBnbs. The amenities are great and the location is perfect - close to a grocery store, Armature Works, the river walk, Michelin star restaurants and more. We travel a a lot and stay in a lot of AirBnbs and this location is at the top of the list. Highly recommend!

The place is exactly as described. Location is great, only a few minutes to downtown, the stadium and the airport. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if back in Tampa.

Lisa is so responsive and sweet! The house was amazing very roomy, nice and clean great air conditioner. Backyard was nice lots and lots of amenities. A little snack tray had some water in the refrigerator for us. I would definitely rent this again and recommend it to everybody ! Thank you, Lisa for allowing us to spend time in your home !

Iryna's place is my home away from home when visiting family in Tampa! Iryna is fabulous to communicate with and always promptly resolves any issues or concerns. I'm a repeat guest and I always thoroughly enjoy my stay here. The beautiful/tasteful decor makes me feel truly at home. A few of my favorite things are the comfy king bed, beautiful kitchen, and the jacuzzi :)

First impressions were superb from the start with thorough communication from the host. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house felt like a sort of home-hotel from 1st to 3rd level. Everything I needed was clean and right at my fingertips. This was a perfect place to land for our family mini vacation!

The location of the house worked out great for us. We were close to Raymond James Stadium for the event we were attending. We traveled downtown several times without too much traffic congestion. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend this house for your stay.

We stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed this cozy and clean little house. Everything was neat and well taken care of. The location is great — close to many attractions and fun places to visit. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful mulit-level Home in an excellent location in Hyde Park. Both walkable to several quality Restaurants and a quick drive to Downtown Hyde Park and Raymond James Stadium. Great updated decore and furniture, ample parking, with an outdoor patio. Host was quick to respond, and proactive with instructions. 5 Stars!

Cutest home only 5-6 minutes from Armature works and Hyde Park! The home was very clean and comfortable. Very cozy!
