Holiday rentals with a patio in Hyde Park, Tampa

It was perfect for our needs. A quick trip with an overnight stay was perfect.

Cute place and a great location! Close to the aquarium, restaurants, etc and not too far from the beach either. We really enjoyed eating at Armature Works just down the street! Taylor was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly.

We had a great time in Richard's place. It was easy to find and check in, a great location for our trip, and there were lots of little thoughtful items like snacks and waters for us. Super nice in the Florida heat. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the house felt nice and private. Richard was clear on check-in instructions and flexible on timing for us. He also was very responsive during the stay when we had questions or concerns. We definitely would stay here again. 10/10

Great stay. Olivia’s place was in a great location. Restaurants and stores within walking distance. We were here for a concert weekend, about 25 min walk from Raymond James Stadium. The place was clean, great AC, and had all the necessary essentials for our stay. Olivia is very responsive and had clear instructions before and during our stay. Will be back here again when I come back to Tampa.

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

You’ve probably read many reviews. All are true, exceptional stay. Here’s what I think you might want to know. It’s a party scene on the weekend, Ybor comes alive, the balcony is perfect for watching all the action. You are below a Cigar bar but you don’t smell it in the room or from the balcony. The bar has music, it’s enjoyable and not too loud. You can not hear anything from inside the room. During the “party” hours there were Police in front of the building checking ID’s for the bar. Although we never felt unsafe, that was nice. The patrons use the same elevator but they are unable to stop on your floor without the code it takes to access the third floor. The only thing you might not like is the parking. It’s close enough for walking. We found it less hectic to park and wheel our stuff the half a block verses unloading at the curb. We used The Ybor Trolley system almost the whole time. No drinking and driving. If you want an exciting experience, this is what you are looking for.

Michael’s place was quite comfortable with all the high tech touches. We had plenty of room For the four of us to stretch out, relax, and be quite comfortable. Condo was walking distance to coffee shops and food venues. Easy on and off highway. Looking forward to going back! 😊 thanks

We had a wonderful stay at Dayanna’s place— the space was absolutely perfect for our family of five, including three energetic kids (one of whom is a teen!). The decor had a fun (some may say "girly") flair and the covered pool and the huge selection of family games always provided something to do. The location was super convenient, with shops just a short drive away. We also made a day trip to Clearwater Beach, which was an easy 45-minute ride and totally worth it.

Charming 2B/2B House – A Perfect Stay! This place was absolutely amazing! John ensures his guests have everything they need for a seamless stay. We had all the essentials while visiting my airman son for his birthday, making the experience even more special. The house itself was charming and impeccably clean. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of entertainment for a family to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for home-cooked meals, and John even provided beach chairs and an umbrella, making our beach trips effortless. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, this home offered the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. Parking was plentiful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped stay!

I had seen Priyank listing a few times, his color scheme and style caught my attention. This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking. Very well maintained property and you can really see where Priyank did not miss any opportunities to pay attention to detail. From q-tips and extra towels in the bathroom to TVs in both bedrooms tastefully installed with extra linens available! The kitchen has everything you could need, including 5 different coffee making options. I tried 3 of them! I made dinner for myself and used the air fryer as suggested from Priyank to cook steaks. They came out awesome! Communication was easy and amazing hospitality provided throughout! Totally recommended for everyone to stay visiting Tampa and I know for sure I will be back. They really did a great job here!!

Lisa is so responsive and sweet! The house was amazing very roomy, nice and clean great air conditioner. Backyard was nice lots and lots of amenities. A little snack tray had some water in the refrigerator for us. I would definitely rent this again and recommend it to everybody ! Thank you, Lisa for allowing us to spend time in your home !

We had a very nice stay! We came to Tampa for a wedding and it was very close to everything! The house was very clean and comfortable. The host gave very clear instructions and checked on us daily!

Andrea was a blessing and so was her home! Every one loved it ! Beds were comfy! Snacks came in as needed! Definitely will be booking again when I’m in town again! Highly recommend!

GOOD VIBES!! This condo is amazing! Waterfront, had a bar and food, spots to lay out and tan, heated pool. Chris was an amazing host, let us check in early, super clean, smelt good inside, super responsive , accommodating and helpful. Will book again in the future. thank you!!! 5 stars:)

The place was cute and comfy. Melissa was very responsive and helped out in everyway. We would recommend this stay to anyone we know. Food at the bar and grill by the pool was good also for breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

Kara was so nice and definitely a great host. We traveled with kids and enjoyed our stay and appreciated the early Check in she offered. The place was clean and easy to find and was easy to get into. The place is right next to essentials like Publix, Starbucks and nearby food places. Super close to Busch gardens as well. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again !!

this stay is on a private resort with it's own beach and the pool has a restaurant. this area is spectacular. you don't have to leave the resort for any reason everything is right there on the resort. it is amazing and has a beautiful atmosphere. I watched the sunrise and sunset from the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. what a beautiful sight. when I come back to Tampa this is where I will always stay
