We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. I highly recommend

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

Good communication with Giulia, welcoming, friendly and discreet hosts with 2 nice dogs! Simple accommodation to find with GPS, sufficiently equipped and in accordance with the description. We had access to the pool as mentioned, great. We had a good quiet stay and were able to enjoy the surrounding beaches. Small downside for us, the pillows, otherwise everything was great! A real paradise, sea view and boats, the cove accessible on foot, a charming house with everything necessary for our 2-year-old and a green common park! Delphine welcomed us with great kindness and all the recommendations around. A perfect stay!

Everything was perfect! Marine is very responsive and her directions are clear, which allows stress-free access to the accommodation. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bathroom have just been renovated: they are modern, functional and really pleasant to use. A great stay, I would highly recommend!

Guy’s studio was lovely—it truly felt like home. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with real soul put into it. We had everything we needed, and the sea was right in our backyard. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, making both the days and nights peaceful, yet you’re still within walking distance of a few shops. Our host Guy, was friendly and responsive, we would definitely book his studio if ever in the area again-which we hope. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay here.

The studio is perfectly located so close to the water that you can enjoy it morning, noon and night. Ideal for walks before breakfast and after dinner! Everything is accessible on foot! We didn't have our car and the bus is a stone's throw away and goes everywhere, it's very easy. Easy walks from the studio and superb! Stores and restaurants close to the studio and a little further away for cheaper if needed. The studio is simple but sufficiently equipped and practical. The terrace is shaded in the afternoon, which is very useful. We were there for a few days, not during holidays or school breaks, so there were relatively few people and it was quiet. It is undoubtedly more populated during the 'tourist' periods. We will be happy to come back because there are still many walks to do😁. And special mention to our super welcoming and available host!

Ideal location in the old Hyeres (accessible to restaurants on foot, a plus for the evening). Thank you for the parking space because in season it must be a real luxury. Beautiful apartment for 2 people, completely renovated and both aesthetic and functional. The top, the small balcony sunny in the morning and the proximity to the port. David is very welcoming. We will be happy to come back for our next stay in the area.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small, but it's got everything. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. The Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

The private terrace with sea view and access is a real plus. The residence is quiet, secure, and offers many facilities accessible to all: deckchairs, petanque court, barbecue, ping-pong table. Everything is designed to ensure a pleasant stay, whether as a couple, with family or with friends. The location is ideal for enjoying water activities nearby, while being in a quiet area. Having a car or bicycles is a real plus for exploring the Var coast. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation, a real favorite!
