Very good hosting by Bernard, despite a late arrival on our part. The environment, the garden, the layout of the house, everything was perfect. Close to the beaches, in a very quiet environment, wooded with a beautiful view

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

Accommodation reserved for my family who were traveling for an event in Hyères. Alexia and her spouse's accommodation is just perfect and perfectly met my family's needs and more! It is beautiful, very well furnished, more than functional, with the pool that enhances everything. I recommend it without hesitation!

Great accommodation for sharing moments with family out of season in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very nice view of the sea from the terrace. Well-decorated apartment. Parking spaces rather on the port, not really in the street, but only 3 min walk. An electric vehicle charging station at the port, 8 minutes' walk away.

Very clean and very well-equipped apartment. Ideally located with a magnificent view of Almanarre beach. Ludovic was very welcoming and very pleasant. Communication was perfect and very responsive.

Guy’s studio was lovely—it truly felt like home. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with real soul put into it. We had everything we needed, and the sea was right in our backyard. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, making both the days and nights peaceful, yet you’re still within walking distance of a few shops. Our host Guy, was friendly and responsive, we would definitely book his studio if ever in the area again-which we hope. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay here.

The space is bright and very nicely decorated, but a little clairvoyant. The location is also great, but you should include in the description that the parking situation directly at the property is a bit difficult and getting there with a larger car is not quite as easy as the alleys are very narrow. The apartment is within walking distance very close to the center. We would book the accommodation again at any time as we felt very comfortable:)

Excellent service. Quality accommodation and tastefully renovated. Very well equipped, we had a great weekend. Ideal location in the old Hyeres (accessible to restaurants on foot, a plus for the evening). Thank you for the parking space because in season it must be a real luxury. Eric is a responsive host and even sent us a message to inform us of the availability of the accommodation before the time. I recommend and congratulate for the quality of the service that makes the stay pleasant!

Our stay at Johan's went very well. Before our arrival, Johan sent us photos and videos to facilitate our installation. Listing was as described. The mosquito nets on each window were very appreciable as well as the view. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is 5 minutes from the beach and the pool. The subdivision is flowery and charming. We greatly appreciated the responsiveness and kindness of our host. Thank you so much for everything!

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

We had a grate stay in this apartment! There is very much space and a good equipped kitchen. The two plages are just a few feet away. The bathroom and the shower are also very comfortable.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small, but it's got everything. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. The Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.

We had a lovely stay! Perfect communication. Perfectly secure: access gate, fenced, private enclosed terrace, private parking in the residence. The size and layout of the accommodation is perfect for a couple with two children. (5 and 2 years old) The sofa bed remains comfortable. The washing machine in the residence is a plus. Direct access to the beach is so nice. We'll definitely be back.

Patrick is a very welcoming, responsive and caring host. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Regarding housing: plan about sixty meters (at best) between the door and the parking lot (I have always had space). So notice to those who arrive loaded. The stairs have quite high and slippery steps in case of rain. The view overlooks the balconies of the neighbors on the side. The walls are not very thick, so you can hear the noises from the apartments quite well. The bedding of the large bed is very comfortable, I did not try the sofa bed. The towels are thick and soft. The accommodation is really well equipped. There is even a DVD player with CD available and even books to take away! We feel that Patrick is committed to welcoming guests. It's a perfect apartment, for the value for money, to spend a vacation by the sea. I recommend it.
