Common courtyard with private garden area with barbecue and parking. Two bedrooms on the shaded courtyard side are not air-conditioned, all windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Sale of vegetables and flowers on the property according to season. Fresh produce stand twice a week, 1-minute walk away.
