Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hyères

We had a lovely 11 day stay at Helene and Patrick’s home. It was as described, very clean and beautifully presented. Their warm welcome was lovely as was their gift of a chilled bottle of wine on arrival. They were charming, the perfect hosts. The house was a great base for exploring the wider area. The shade in the garden was much appreciated during some very hot days. The bakeries in the village were excellent and all the locals we spoke to were very friendly. On occasion the car park near the house was full but we always managed to get parked somewhere in the village. We had a great stay!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine au mois d’avril. Très bonne literie et ménage très propre. La plage est accessible à pied ainsi que Les Halles ou l’on trouve de bons produits. La maison est proche d’une route passante , la principale mais assez à distance pour ne pas être dangereuse immédiatement pour les enfants. L’extérieur est agréable grâce au matériel de plancha et transat.

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

Nach ein paar trubeligen Tagen in Nizza genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Ein tolles Haus mit einem traumhaften Pool in einer schönen Umgebung. Tagsüber konnten wir gut entspannen, etwas leckeres grillen und am Abend dann haben wir St. Tropez besucht. Karine hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und das Haus sowohl liebevoll eingerichtet als auch alles toll und geschmackvoll dekoriert... man hat sich sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es gibt einen schönen Strand direkt fußläufig, unbedingt die Fahrräder mitbringen, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Küste. Karine hat wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps direkt nach Ankunft gesendet. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung von Mylène war toll – super sauber, sehr gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Gelände ist wunderschön, und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir haben es geliebt, draußen zu essen und am Pool zu entspannen. Mylène ist eine klasse Gastgeberin – herzlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – 10/10, absolut empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et accueillante, Régine a très bien su nous accueillir et nous a même conseiller quoi faire dans les environs , je recommande sans hésitation. 😊

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Joelle et Régis qui sont très accueillant. L’endroit est magnifique, le studio est très fonctionnel et très bien situé avec pleins de choses à faire et à visiter aux alentours. Un grand merci à eux et au plaisir de revenir une prochaine fois.

Wir haben mit zwei Familien eine großartige Woche in Fabiennes tollem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele Bereiche, in denen man sitzen und sich zurückziehen kann und sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sehr schöne große Tische, an denen man zu acht sehr gut sitzen und essen kann. Es gibt einen großen Gasgrill, der sehr gut funktioniert und die gesamte Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Fabienne war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Edmond was a superb host. He reached out proactively to ensure we had a smooth stay both before, during our stay, and after check-out. The apartment was the perfect home-base for my fiance and I to explore Saint-Tropez. Everything was within 10-15 min walking distance and the apartment itself was spotless and private. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this rental - next time we visit we will certainly try to book this location again!

Ludovic is a fantastic host who provided us with clear instructions and helpful local tips. His apartment is well-equipped (full kitchen, washer and dryer, wonderful terrace) and was perfect for our small family. The bed was large and very comfortable and, though there was only one bedroom, we put our toddler’s bed in the living room and used a black-out tent over it so he could sleep soundly. The beach and a nice restaurant are right across the street and there are big supermarkets within a 5 to 10-minute drive. All of the main beaches and sights are within a short driving distance. If we come back to Hyeres we would be happy to stay here again.

Guy’s studio was lovely—it truly felt like home. It was clean and beautifully decorated, with real soul put into it. We had everything we needed, and the sea was right in our backyard. The building is in a residential neighbourhood, making both the days and nights peaceful, yet you’re still within walking distance of a few shops. Our host Guy, was friendly and responsive, we would definitely book his studio if ever in the area again-which we hope. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay here.

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

We had a nice stay and the apartment was very cute and clean. The neighbourhood was quite lovely and by foot you were fast to get to Restaurants and Bars. Isabelle was very quick to answer for every question and reacted very kindly when i accidentally broke a candle. For a city trip it was the Perfect Apartment. The parking situation was a little bit difficult for us, so we had to park in the parking House, which costs around 15 Euros extra per day and a 10 Minute walk uphill. All in all we had a good time!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort. Die Wohnung und alles drumherum waren toll.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout était parfait! L’appartement est très bien équipé, propre et dans une résidence très calme, proche des plages et du centre de Giens avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Sébastien est tres sympathique et a été disponible pour nous accueillir et lors de notre départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Es ist eine sehr schöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Der komplett eingezäunte Innenhof war toll für unseren Hund und sehr gemütlich. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße und in einem Mehrfamilienhaus liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Inventar und Sauberkeit war perfekt und David ein sehr netter Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!

Le logement de Claudia était parfait. Idéalement situé qu'il s'agisse de la plage, des restaurants ou des commerces de proximité que vous ouvrez faire a pieds, mais aussi des sites touristiques facilement accessible en transports en commun ou en voiture. Très bien équipé il dispose de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour. Le jardinet est magnifique et très agréable pour se poser le matin au petit déjeuner ou le soir après une journée de visite. Le parking sécurisé est un plus très appréciable. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour ce logement qualitatif, très propre et idéalement situé.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our 2 weeks in Gigaro. Thibault is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. The apartment matches the description and is great for 2 persons. The outdoor space is a highlight. All this just 500m from the beach, a grocery store and some pretty good restaurants.

Le logement proposé par Marc correspond exactement à la description. C'est un très bel appartement se situant sur les hauteurs de Hyères avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse et un parking dans la résidence ce qui n'est pas négligeable. De plus la ville est accessible en peu de temps à pieds depuis le logement. Marc est un hôte très sympathique, arrangeant et réactif si vous avez le moindre problème ou conseil à lui demander. Je conseille vraiment ce logement si vous séjournez dans le Var.

Préparation du séjour anticipé par un appel de Véronique qui nous a donné les informations nécessaires et les bons plans sur place... très appréciés. Sur place, joli petit appartement refait, à 2min de la plage, d'une bonne boulangerie pour les petits déjeuners, d'une supérette et des restaurants de bord de mer... bref, les vrais vacances.

We thought it might be difficult to find or too far away from town, but Matthieu's instructions were very good and the location very peaceful and not far at all from amenities or town. Because of the location we accidentally found Port Cogolin and it's Sunday market when we thought we were just grabbing brunch at Brunchini- which was delicious and highly recommended! Port Cogolin looks like a mini Venice and is the best kept secret of the area! Also visited nearby wineries (10 minutes by car). Also found a fabulous grocery store very close by and Paul patisserie. Don't miss apero time at the port, it's a fun atmosphere. Matthieu's place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully planned for every comfort and convenience from the lighting to the closet storage. The outdoor space is quiet and comfortable with a great view! Highly recommend staying here

Sandrines home was amazing, everything i needed for a healing retreat to the sea! I enjoyed lovely breakfasts on the terrace and a cozy stay. Being so close to the sea was priceless. Sandrine is super responsive and very kind. I would highly reccomened staying here its such a great deal :)

The apartment was beautifully decorated in a stylish Saint-Tropez vibe – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us: peaceful, yet close to the Marina of Cogolin with nice restaurants just around the corner. It was great not having to go into Saint-Tropez every time. We really enjoyed our stay!
