Live life in this peaceful and centrally-located hotel accommodation down in the southern harbor of Fotö. An accommodation for those who wish to stay on an island but still with proximity and ease to Gothenburg. Free car ferry takes you easily here and into central Gothenburg. Fotö belongs to Öckerö Municipality consisting of ten islands, with proximity to the sea as a matter of course. From Fotö, you can reach the other nine islands, either by bridge or ferry. You also have proximity to grocery store, shopping, restaurants about 3 km from Fotö.

In the middle of the North Sea, an hour from Gothenburg. Two ferries away. At the far end of the coast with the sunset on the horizon – a few meters from the wild sea. When the sun has set, a starry sky lights up. Hyppeln is a genuine archipelago island. A living community. One of ten inhabited islands in Öckerö. Captivatingly beautiful both in storm and calm. In the guest harbor there is a tavern, barbecue area, a small shop and on top a fort. In the house there is what you need in the form of equipment for cooking, bed linens and towels.

Overnight stay with ocean view in a garden shed

Very simple Frigge shed, only 10 m², comfortable double bed (1.40 m) and bunk bed (80 cm). Shower and toilet with private entrance in the main house. Amazing sea view, small patio with sun loungers and table. Swimming area with jetty and cliffs about 50 meters in front of the shed. Parking outside. Max 3 people. Best suited for 1-2 people. Not suitable for people with walking aids. Smoking is not allowed inside. No pets. There is an ICA store on the island, open 24 hours a day. Café and restaurant available. Sheets can be rented.

Ön erbjuder sandstrand, hopptorn, utegym, bastu och härliga promenader runt Ön. Mindre butik och cafe. Ni kommer till oss med färjan från Burö ca 12 min. Hyppeln tillhör Norra skärgården. Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
