Beachfront holiday rental in Ialysos

It was a really nice experience from the beginning, communication was very good, Panos replied within minutes! The house is a real gem, perfect location! Privacy with a beautiful balcony looking at the see and you are also 1 minute from a really good small shop, where you can buy anything you might need and is also open on Sundays and non-working days. There are also restaurants within walking distance. Two minutes from the house you can also rent boats. From the balcony you can go down to the sea or walk directly to the village beach which was not crowded at all at the beginning of June. The house is spotless! Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are also really nice and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and also very clean. All appliances were working, no broken fridge or micro! Panos gave us a bottle of orange marmalade which was really nice and was also very delicious! Beds were also good and comfortable. Very much recommended, exactly as advertised with a very good host!

Einfach ein traumhaft schönes Häuschen direkt am Meer. Eine wunderschöne großeTerrasse mit Meerblick und sehr liebevoll bepflanzt. Da es das letzte Haus in der Bucht ist war es sehr ruhig und idylisch. Praktisch ohne Verkehr. Die Bucht von Stegna ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, sie ist nicht sehr touristisch aber es gibt viele Tavernen und gutes Essen. Man kann in 10 Minuten hinlaufen. Das Blaue Haus hat eine tolle Überdachung aus herrlichen Blumen, es gab immer Schatten- oder Sonnenplätze. Viele kleine Dinge die einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen bieten. Wir lebten fast nur draussen mit Aussenküche . Das Bett mit Meerblick ist auch sehr bequem und man kann morgens diekt aufs Meer schauen wenn man aufwacht. Mirsini und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein so besonderer Ort, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an Mirsini

What an amazing stay in Rhodes! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations and would absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes into Old Town/Elli Beach so for some groups it might be better suited if you have a car. For us, walking was great and Faith was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The sunsets from the balcony were 10/10! Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal bei Leontios zu Gast. Es ist ein herrliches Haus in einzigartiger Lage direkt am Meer. Einfach grossartig. Der Empfang von Leontios Vater war wieder sehr herzlich und er hat uns kurz alles gezeigt - wir kannten es ja bereits. Die Familie hat während des Winters einiges neu gemacht (neuer Grillplatz) usw. Jetzt ist es noch perfekter als vorher. Der Grill ist direkt bei der Terrasse und wir haben ihn ausgiebig genutzt. Alles ist makellos sauber und hochwertig. Während des Aufenthalts wurde uns sogar die Zwischenreinigung angeboten! Einfach sensationell. Die Lage wenige Meter vom Zentrum des Dörfchens entfernt ist ebenfalls perfekt. Man kann zu Fuss kurz bummeln, einkaufen und im Restaurant einkehren. Wenige Meter entfernt hat es unterschiedliche Restaurants. Alles war einfach perfekt - wir können es uns nicht besser vorstellen! Die Lage war für uns absolut genial wir haben jeweils ein Auto gemietet und erkunden die Insel. Danke an Leontios und Familie!

For those who love a quiet environment in an area with a lot of seaside resorts, a beach right outside of the villa, a stunning sea view, I would highly recommend Aristotelis's place. I spent hours just enjoying the view (and yes, it is as beautiful as the photo in the listing profile). Aristotelis communicated with us frequently before checking in. Despite we missed the ferry to Rhodes and had to check in the next day, Aristotelis was very patient and accommodative. When we arrived, the host personally met us (and with a cake to welcome us too) and made us feel welcoming. We could not be more pleased with his place, tastefully and comfortably furnished, more than enough space for our group of 3. If someone loves a quiet place with a sunning sea view right next to the beach, I would highly recommend Aristotelis's villa.

Das Apartment war wunderschön und direkt am Meer. Der Kontakt mit Mike war super. Er war bei Fragen jedweder Art hilfreich, hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war bei allen Anfragen flexibel. Meine Freundin hat sich sehr über die Sweat treats gefreut, die er uns geschenkt hat. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Lovely place. Super peaceful and quiet. Pool area was just divine, so nice to relax in and super clean. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds and a lovely little balcony with a table to have breakfast lunch ect at. Hostess was really really lovely and helpful. She let us have a late check out to suit our flight times and helped us arrange transport ect. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a quiet, relaxing get away.

Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Anthoula ist unheimlich herzlich und das Befinden ihrer Gäste ist ihr unheimlich wichtig. Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

Wow, myself and my wife have just got back from having our honeymoon at this wonderful place, from the minute we booked until the minute we left had great communication throughout, the place was absolutely as it’s described, immaculate, and even cleaned once a day with fresh towels when needed… the pool area is an absolute godsend, private pool to your place which can be used at any hour of the day you’d like, with amazing views over Faliraki beach, I would 100% recommend this place to any couple wanting to go, perfect location for all types of restaurants and beaches, also only a 25 minute drive from old town Rhodes and ferry’s into Symi (which id highly recommend doing). Overall this place is amazing, thank you very much for making our honeymoon very special ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed one week at Sea Villas at the end of March. Pantelis was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us arround the villa. The accommodation was really fantastic and the best one we've stayed in with Airbnb. We had difficulties in booking a rented car because everywhere was closed as the season hadn't started, but Pantelis helped to arrange this in a short space of time. One day we had a problem with the wi-fi and Pantelis resolved this immediately. Communication with Pantelis was excellent, and our questions were quickly answered. Sea Villas is easy to reach with a local bus from the airport. The nearest bus stop is Avra Beach Hotel, and from there it is about three minutes walk to the accommodation. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa which has eveything needed. We can highly recommend a stay at Sea Villas as Pantelis is the perfect host, and the accomodation is exactly as described.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. Katie was always very helpful and communicated well with us. The beach is right down the street, the pool is nice for a quick cool down. The place is a bit remote so I would definitely recommend to get a car.

Leuke accommodatie, zoals beschreven. Goede ontvangst. Verwarming beneden werkte niet (begin seizoen) en kon jammer genoeg niet snel hersteld worden. Verder was alles prima, goed geslapen, heerlijk terras en goede ligging om alles te bereiken. Jacuzzi was, zelfs onverwarmd, heerlijk : in de late namiddag was deze boven de 30 gr opgewarmd ! Hartelijk dank voor de flexibiliteit zodat we toch iets later dan gepland konden blijven.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sandra’s villa! The villa itself is flawless, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Everything you need is conveniently close by—a brand-new supermarket, a gorgeous beach just a two-minute drive away, and a fresh fruit stand down the hill. It was simply perfect. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay at Rosa-Maria's place. We had so many treats waiting for us when we arrived. The property is large, and it was great having two bathrooms. The outside space is huge, and had a great shaded area for meal times, and comfortable sun loungers for the sun worshipers. The bed was a tad hard for us, but we got by. The view every day was amazing. Stegna was a lovely sleepy little seaside town compared to a lot of the other beaches on Rhodes. A great place to unwind.

Home was very clean, comfortable and close to the old town. Our host was very helpful, responsive and kind. Had a great time staying there, thank you.

I recommend this place for a couple who values peace and privacy. It was lovely to sunbathe in the private yard, and the sea was just a short walk away for a swim. I recommend having a car to make the most of this accommodation! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut gelegen in einem kleineren Örtchen. Strand direkt über die Straße. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat schnell bei Problemen geholfen.

This place is a gem! We absolutely loved our time in Faliraki and this apartment. A big thank you to the host and her family for making us feel so welcome. We traveled with our 13 month old girl and this place was absolutely perfect. If you have a young family like we do I can’t think of a better place to stay than this. Incredible!

I can simply sum up -- the only reason someone would ever give Nicholas's place a less than perfect review is they are hoping to drive away other AirBnB guests so they can rebook more time! This AirBnB was perfect in it's matching the photos, without exception. We could not have picked a more perfect location (high end resorts included!) for our 10 day stay in Rhodes. We were greeted with incredible hospitality and kindness and we had a magical stay. We will be back! Guaranteed! Thank you for everything Nickolas!

The appartment is lovely and the area around it is beautiful! The beach is around the corner, small but cute supermarket is next door (very friendly owners), and all kinds of restaurants are within walking distance. The busy part of Faliraki is a 5 minute walk away but the appartment is private and quiet. The interior was very stylish and exactly like the pictures. Cassandra is a very friendly host, she was even checking in with us during our stay whether we needed anything: clean towels or fresh bedsheets or anything else. We very much enjoyed our stay in Rhodos and in Cassandra's appartment. Rhodos is beautiful and if you have the chance, rent a car and discover all the island has to offer!

A beautiful place to stay and such a lovely host. Really generously priced and lots of amenities included. Anastasia always responded promptly and helpfully to questions. Do note that the steps throughout the apartment are difficult to navigate sometimes. There is also a window at level with the bed without a shade, so I would recommend an eye mask. I cannot fault the host and stay overall and I definitely recommend!
