Yurt holiday rentals in Iberian Peninsula

We didn't want to leave. Next year we will come back. Ali and Matt are really great hosts. They are welcoming and always willing to help. We could feel that they really want to share with us the space that they have created with so much love and detail. The place is an inspiration for every every one who values self made things. We had a fantastic experience in the yurt. It is as beautiful and cozy as the photos suggested. We have slept well and exceptionally deep. Everything is full of nice, but also well thought through details. We love cooking, and the kitchen has everything we needed. Even the knives were sharp (first time in all those years of using AirBNB)! Some nights we made BBQ. The view from the terrace is amazing. You can even see the mediterranen sea in the distance. The yurt and the kitchen are nicely private, still not isolate as there are the other gites just a few stairs up the mountain. There are many activities that you can enjoy there. There are great hiking routes that pass through oak, chestnut and hazel tree forest, with creeks and natural pools. However, we spent most of the time just around the yurt and the pool. It was so relaxing. It's also an amazing place for kids. The pool kept our 5 year old son busy for hours, as did the trampoline. Our son also loved riding the donkey when we did a small hike with the other guests that was organised by the hosts. Ali can organise bread and fresh croissants every morning if you like. For us that was great as we did not have leave the place. Actually we only once to a super market in 7 days. The car stayed still. We decelerated instead.

The stay was superb! :) For people who love nature, it's like a dream! The Iurtas are very comfortable, clean and well equipped and the Parque Nacional Peneda Geres is awesome. Our host and her dog were very welcoming :) We will come back for sure! Thank you!

Nous sommes un groupe d'amis de 4 personnes et nous recherchions un lieu insolite, au calme et à la campagne. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux pour nous ressourcer entre nous. Ce logement allie parfaitement le retour aux sources tout en permettant de profiter du confort. Nous sommes arrivés début Mai pour y dormir deux nuits. Nous avons pu profiter du sauna et de la piscine chauffée qui permet de se relaxer tout en profitant d'une vue magnifique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le coin extérieur avec table pour manger et canapé à l'abris des éléments de dame nature. Il y a également plein de lieux à visiter et le marché de Brioude que Pierre nous a conseillé nous à beaucoup plu. Là-bas, le temps s'arrête... On s'y sent vraiment bien et on repart recharger. A tous les amoureux de la nature, je vous conseille vivement ce lieu! Merci encore à Pierre pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. On reviendra, mais plus longtemps cette fois-ci!

We were staying at Le Ranch as a stop over to our holiday in the South of France, but we ended up not wanting to leave. Le Ranch is a quiet, peaceful hidden gem. The yurt is superb, spotlessly clean, and beautifully arranged with the most comfortable beds. All the facilities on site are also spotless. Not only that but Mike and Hayley couldn't have been more accommodating hosts - helpful and always on hand. Although it was meant to be a 'stop off' we will be back to stay again! It really is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing camping experience.

Perfecto para encontrar la naturaleza y estar un poco apartado de la ciudad. La vista de los Pyrénées es preciosa. Se veía la nieve. La yourte estaba muy cómoda. Cuando hay un poco de lluvia, hace un poco de ruido. Lo que puede molestar algunas personas para dormir. Sino todo bien.

Séjour cours mais tellement reposant! Le cadre est magnifique, au contact direct avec la nature, les chevaux. De beaux endroits à visiter à quelques pas (en voiture). Très belle expérience à faire en famille ou entre amis.

A artisanal house immersed in nature, surrounded by beautiful mounds where you often see sheep grazing in the pastures. In the immediate surroundings you will find a variety of flora and a thriving ecosystem in which multiple species of beetles, bumblebees, spiders and butterflies are common sight (good indicator of a healthy environment). At sundown - as I am writing in late May with 27°C - you hear the frogs croaking in the nearby puddle which is within the property, and throughout the night, the nightsky is clear of artificial lights, so you can see plenty of stars. There are also, naturally, a lot of bugs in the night, but we didn't have many problems keeping them out of the house, being careful with opening and closing the door. The house kept a perfect temperature during the night, without the need for any heating. Its design is clever and aesthetically very interesting. We had a wonderful time and fully recommend this place.

Feeling so recharged and -connected after staying in the Cosmic yurt for one week. Would 100% recommend if you're seeking home away from home, nature and soul nourishment, but also want to enjoy some privacy. Thank you so much 🙏

Superbe séjour passé dans la Yourte 🛖 Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais effectivement la route n’est pas loin l’hôte est clair la dessus mais c’est largement compensé par la Neste qui coule pas loin et les bruits de nature. Pour ce qui est du logement c’était parfait, bain nordique super agréable, yourte agréable et chaleureuse avec le poêle à bois le tout dans une ambiance ecoresponsable. Pour les voitures électriques possibilité de charger avec une vrai borne à voir avec l’hôte. Nous recommandons et reviendrons peut-être 😊

Incroyable !!!! un séjour idyllique dans une propriété de rêve. Tout le monde s'est régalé, petits et grands. Jean Marc et Sylvie sont aussi chaleureux que discrets. Les photos ne rendent pas compte de la beauté de cet endroit. Un immense merci. Je rangerai ces souvenirs dans le catalogue des séjours inoubliables ...

Une cabane presque perdue dans les bois, pour passer un agréable moment, déconnecté de tout pendant quelques jours. la déco est très sympa, on se sent comme chez nous. Il ne reste qu'a respirer et écouter les oiseaux.....

Week-end en famille très agréable, belle endroit à découvrir idéal pour se détendre et passer un bon moment. Hôtes très accueillant et discret. Merci pour ce moment

Un endroit paisible et merveilleux pour se reposer et se ressourcer avec la nature. Un cadre idyllique à refaire avec plaisir. Je recommande à toute personne cherchant un endroit calme à la campagne.

Mon conjoint et moi avons séjourné une première fois en 2023 dans la yourte d'Isabelle, et avions adoré ! Ainsi, pour notre plus grand plaisir nous y sommes retournés lors de notre road Trip autour des Cévennes. Accueil parfait ! Endroit ressourçant, au calme. La yourte est spacieuse et confortable. Isabelle et son mari sont des hôtes adorables :)

Le logement correspondait tout à fait à l'annonce, le cocooning de la yourte a ravi toute la famille et nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus! Nous avons pu profiter des saucisses/lentilles proposés par Etienne, ainsi que du petit déjeuner, c'était très bon merci!

The host was super sweet, attentive, and available !! Answered very quick anytime that we wanted to spoke with her and always gave us nice instructions to help even more in our stay !! The place was even better that seen in the pictures, comfortable, with plenty of space, clean and with warm sheets, perfect for this time of the year. The ambience and the atmosphere are what you can seen in in the pictures: all nature among you. If you look for that, you’ll find it, along with pure, fresh air and BEAUTIFUL stars at night (the sky is all clear here). We have 0 complaints and we deffenitly recommend and think it to a next time !! Thank you once again Suzanna, you and the place are lovely !!🩷

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans un lieu atypique, où notre toutou a pris un plaisir fou à gambader dans les champs, je recommande les yeux fermés!

J'ai passé un très bon week-end, c'était la première fois pour moi dans une yourte. Très apaisant, au top pour ce déconnecter. Très bon accueil, merci. Je recommande à 100%

Johnny et Lydia sont très agréables et inspirants. Le lieu est comme hors du temps et très reposant, même ressourçant. Idéale pour notre week-end en amoureux, nous sommes ravies d’avoir pris l’option des massages qui sont exceptionnels.. à faire absolument ! Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation. 😊
