Die Einliegerwohnung ist 42m² große und befindet sich im Kellergeschoss. Die Wohnung hat einen Separat Eingang. Ein Fernseher mit Receiver ist vorhanden. Ein Kingsize Bett 2m x 2m und ein großes Schlafsofa für noch 2 Personen ist vorhanden. Der Bahnhof und die Einkaufsmeile sind gut in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum LEGOland sind es nur 25-30 Minuten.

Since May 2018, a new attic apartment has been waiting for our guests on 2 floors, about 65 m², with kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room and large roof terrace. Overnight stay Günzburg/Legoland

Sleeping in a wine barrel... An experience that is second to none! On a sleeping area of 2 m x 2 m and a separate bed in the curve in the lower area, berths 80 × 2.00 m, 3 people will find wonderful space. But also no problem for a family with 2 small children.

Functionally furnished small apartment, approx. 30 sqm. With private entrance. Located in a suburb (Burlafingen) of Neu-Ulm. The city center of Ulm/Neu-Ulm is about 8 km away. The A7 highway exit is about 3 km away. The Danube Cycle Path is about 4 km away.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are well reached by car.
