The house is 3 kilometers away from the sea by car (road), there is also a pedestrian road that is 1 kilometer away from the sea (stairs) that is in the direction of the sea downhill but when returning it should still be in shape. Apartment T&T is fully styled in the spring of 2019. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room (openspace) and a bathroom with a sauna.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away.
