Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We had a very nice and relaxing vacation! We thank you very much for that!

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. chic place, I would always live in this apartment! Tanya was very kind to us, she saw that according to the documents my wife had a birthday and made a very touching gift in a video of dessert and rose, we were very pleased! everything was very clean, quiet, close to the sea and on foot and by car, a beautiful house. Tanya is a very bright person and this reflects the quality of her services, it is the highest level!

Nada is an exquisite and very helpful person. The apartment, even if it has a few extra beds, I would say it is just right for two people. I know it's not essential, but I missed the bidet. Unfortunately, we Italians are used to using it, but otherwise everything is fine. AAAA+

What a gem of a place ! My husband , teenage son and I loved this place. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Bedroom has a huge bed and enough room in a wardrobe for a long stay. It’s is very nicely decorated throughout . Bathroom is equipped with huge shower. This apartment also has a balcony with sits and table and a hanging chair to enjoy the stunning views of towns near and far and of course the sea. It is a walkable distance to opatija, with many stairs to climb coming back. Host were very responsive and even saved a spot to park our car for us. Highly recommend this place .

Very nice location, quiet with magnificent sea views. Appreciable air conditioning with high heat. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first beach is a 15 minute walk away with a super nice and cheap little bar. Edin was very responsive and accommodating for check-in.

We loved Tina’s place…we knew it was located a way from the beach but the stairs/pathway down to the waterfront was a great daily walk, leading to a coastal walkway that led in both directions to great viewpoints and coffee shops. We found the nearby town of Lovran to be very tourist friendly with free parking and free wifi, PLUS great gelato! The apartment itself was super cozy and we loved that sauna! We were there 6 nights and loved every minute of it!

The apartment with the covered terrace overlooking the sea is very nice and modernly furnished. You have direct access to the beach and promenade. It invites you to take short walks. It was 12 wonderful days.

We had a very good time. Communication with Iva was great, we were actually able to get into the apartment earlier with the baby. That was worth its weight in gold!!! We were very pleased with the attentions (liqueur, beer, cookies) from Iva. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has 2 balconies and you have a great view of Kvarner Bay from both. The garden with pool and barbecue area are very nice, so we could stay at home with the baby. Iva and her family are very discreet, but always available to everyone. Unfortunately, you always need a car to get somewhere! We enjoyed staying with the family very much! We can only recommend Iva's apartment!! Thank you!!

We spent 14 days with Franko and his wife Milena in the apartment. A great stay from front to back. Everything was as it was described. The location of the apartment is great in the middle of olive groves. The peace up there is indescribable and you can completely switch off. Franko and his wife are absolutely nice people with a good heart and always an open ear and very helpful. We can therefore only highly recommend the apartment to everyone, as well as the olive oil produced by Franko himself.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!
