Bahçede, 5x10m boyutlarında, 50m2 büyüklükte, 1.5-1.6 m derinlikte bir yüzme havuzu bulunur. Havuzu misafir evi (max. 4 kişi) ve misafir kulubesinde (max.2 kişi) kalan konuklarımız ortak kullanırlar. Havuz, 13 Haziran - 30 Eylül tarihleri arasında açıktır.

Located on the slope of Turunç Bay, this newly designed apartment offers you a magnificent view of nature and the sea. It is within walking distance to social areas and the beach. Since our apartment is located at a high altitude, a holiday isolated from the noise of the city. The apartment was renovated by my architect friend. Everything is brand new and comfortable. It has a magnificent sea view. Within walking distance to the sea and Turunç. There are two large rooms (2 double beds), a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and a sofa bed for 2 on the patio. A total of 8 people can stay. There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. There's Wi-Fi and Tivibu. Each room has a TV. The air conditioners are brand new. It's a super cozy place.

The building was built in 2022. All the furniture has been newly purchased. It is located in the most peaceful area of Marmaris. There is a private oak forest, hiking trail, river and various local restaurants nearby. You can go to İncekum Beach, Boncuk Bay, Akyaka, Marmaris, Cleopatra Island (boat transfer) in 5-15 minutes. We have no parking problems. All our rooms are air-conditioned. We have a large garden and terrace area. You can message us for more information.
