Holiday rentals with beach access in Idra

Fabulous apartment, well equipped with many kitchen gadgets, spacious lounge, lovely balcony with sea views. No complaints. The apartment was a considerable distance away from Poros town, more than indicated on the Air B&B map. It is very close to Petros Beach which is our favourite beach with a great taverna behind so we were not too disappointed but it meant a long walk into town and a taxi back. This wasn't a problem for us but could be a deal breaker for others. In the age of computer technology I would think it an easy error to rectify.

We had a fabulous time staying here. The hostess was lovely and made us feel right at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything, even a panini machine! The bathroom was clean and had many amenities. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The apartment is cozy! We would definitely come back to stay again.

Dafni’s place is pretty with a great view of the harbour. The main Skala beach is also not really far, and the Megalochori beach is only a five minute walk. There’s a good restaurant and bar just around the corner and a lovely cafe/tavern a little further up the little hill. There are also two supermarkets nearby. It’s quieter than if you’d stay in a hotel at Skala but I really enjoyed my stay here - the only thing that bothered my friend and I was the bathroom. It’s really tiny and tough to keep dry because the water from the shower gets everywhere even with the curtains pulled around the shower area. There was also no towel provided to soak/clean the water - we just used one we found in the house. It would’ve also been nice to have some lights on the patio (or at least we didn’t find any) to be able to spend some time there in the evening as well. But all in all it was a good experience staying here :)

A perfect stay. Infinitely grateful that we were allowed to stay in Ruggero's accommodation. An absolute dream and exactly what we were looking for. Private beach, a loving accommodation, boat access to Hydra, magical nature. Warmest recommendation to all.

I can’t express enough just how brilliant this AirBnB is. Christos is extremely helpful, a fantastic host. The images don’t show just how lovely and homely the Airbnb is, or how perfect this location is. The pristine sea is quite literally on your doorstep with canoes available for sunset trips. It’s extremely quiet, with two lovely tavernas within a few minutes walk available to enjoy delicious traditional food.

We had a lovely stay at Sotiris’ place. The view is incredible, and it was an easy stroll down to the restaurants and beaches every morning. Sotiris was a wonderful host, and the communication was great. A really relaxing and wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in the house! The view from the terrace is amazing and the walk down to the beach among the olive trees is beautiful.

This was the perfect home away from home retreat: the house itself was tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy peaceful meals together in the various communal spaces. It was conveniently located by a well-stocked supermarket, as well as within 10-15 minutes’ walking distance to the restaurants and beaches of Hydra. Our host sent us lots of recommendations and was friendly and responsive throughout our trip. We would be delighted to stay here again!

We had an absolutely amazing time, the place was more beautiful than the pics with a gorgeous garden, sea and mountains view, everything needed in the house to cook, a big smart tv in the bedroom. Our dogs loved the place and didn’t want to leave when we had to go home. there’s so much privacy and quiet, we can’t wait to go back! Valia is also great communicator and very friendly and fast to reply! Thank you for this lovely weekend

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs we stayed in for a vacation. The location is amazing, totally secluded, with a gorgeous private beach, yet the stores and restaurants are a very short drive away. The house is very spacious and well equipped, we were 5 adults and it was far from being crowded, we had a lot of space both in the house and outside. The communication with the host is easy and they were very accommodating and responsive to us. It truly is the Secret Paradise and was hard to leave after 3 nights, must stay longer next time!

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in this place. The airbnb is perfectly located on the Hill with a beautiful view across the port. We felt immediately at home in this beautifully furnitured and equipped house. We very much enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The place is perfectly situated to nearby restaurants, markets, bars and the port. From there it was easy to reach the port and take a taxi or rent a bike to roam around the island. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could even stay longer as it was such a wonderful place. We would definitely come again. Thank you!

Best view of any air BnB we have stayed in. The pictures don’t do it justice; the view is stunning. We don’t mind the walk and learned the way the mules took. It is quick to walk to the nearby swimming spot from the home. Fresh lemons off the tree. Small amounts of sugar/flour to cook is appreciated. Use provided shower gel for soap in the bathroom. Ac worked well. Host provided excellent list of things to do. I do recommend the mules for getting to the flat. A nice young gentleman met us promptly with mules and led us to the place. I do not say this about places very often: we would love to stay again.

We had a great time at Perdika! The house was perfect for our needs, spacious enough for 3 people. It was very clean and ready to be used. The best part was the balcony with an amazing view over the Perdika Marina, where we enjoy amazing sunsets. We were also walking distance from bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants. The boat to Moni Island was super close by as well. Our host, Raphael, was very nice, prontly answering our requests, and suggesting some activities we could do in Perdika and in Aegina. We are super happy with our decision to stay here! Thank you to Raphael for the warm hospitality. We recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a calm, private space in a beautiful location!

Very beautiful apartment in Kamini. Only a few minutes walk to Hydra and the port, beautiful beaches nearby. Everything you need is in the apartment, you feel right at home. Mieke and Anita are very responsive.

I will say that Agistri in November is very very quiet... there are no open restaurants but a small convenience store to be able to shop and a bakery... On the 1st day we were a little surprised but we discovered Agistri and its small villages nearby with pretty coves and nice walks to do. Desponia was very kind and provided the answers to our questions…. A nice stay but be careful village very quiet at this time... for those who like tranquility it's perfect... Bring back condiments if you stay several days and cook

Our stay at Marthas beautiful apartment was perfect! The apartment was perfectly clean, the communication with Martha was really friendly and she took very good care of us via mobile contact. The apartment is really central but you still feel very private, it has a really cute balcony and the overall vibe is really sweet and cozy. We`d love to come back, thanks Martha! <3
