Welcome to the MoonCreek Cabin. This designer cabin is tucked in a quiet area surrounded by majestic trees w/ its very own seasonal stream, and a sweeping view of Lily Rock. This cabin opens up with vaulted ceilings, skylights to stargaze, large windows with amazing views, a fireplace with a warm ambiance in splendid isolation. Had a great stay! Home is exactly as described. We appreciated the toys and activities upstairs, which were perfect for our toddler and were good for older kids and adults too. We also appreciated the hosts responsiveness and generosity in early check in and late check out. Beds were very comfortable. Would love to come back next year. Thank you.

There are not enough words to describe how beautiful, scenic, and quiet this place was. John was extremely communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had. The directions and instructions were helpful and clear. The home is tucked away from the center of town which made it so relaxing. The home has a woodsy modern home feel to it that is just incredible. The decor and furniture was comfortable and stylish. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing. It felt like you were in the middle of the woods. The home has everything you could possibly need when visiting Idyllwild. I had the perfect getaway here.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Wavy Pines cabin. We were so happy to find a pet-friendly home that we could bring our whippet to share the fun with. Our dog had a blast going up and down the stairs and exploring all the smells outside and experiencing his first snow! The neighborhood was so serene and quiet, we felt so relaxed and it was an easy, short walk to a national forest trail that our dog also enjoyed very much. The town is only a few mins drive away which had restaurants and grocery stores so we were short of nothing during our stay. We look forward to staying again during our next trip to Idyllwild someday!

Arriving here was like walking into your home. It was immediately inviting, comfortable and clean. Nathan was quick to respond when I asked about bringing our two cats and he was more than happy to host them. I originally picked his cabin for the fenced in yard, but the tree top deck ended up being phenomenal! Myself, my husband and both cats spent the entire weekend on that deck enjoying the quiet and watching all the wildlife. We are already planning to stay here again and will be staying even longer next time!

My husband and I with our dog, Lulu, spent a relaxing long weekend at Sarah’s place! The large living room window was the center piece to the house, and the second story deck was such a peaceful spot to eat meals, read, and listen to the birds. Lulu also gives the deck a 5 star rating for bird and squirrel watching!
