On the furnished balcony you can start the day with breakfast or end comfortably. Bus stop, pharmacy, ice cream shop, bookstore, small indoor swimming pool, butcher and two bakeries with breakfast can be reached in just 1-2 minutes.

Die Lage ist in Bettringen, eine Vorort mit wenige Autominuten nach Schwäbisch Gmünd. Zu Fuß erreicht man Tennisplätze mit einen gut geführte Gastronomie. Im Sommer kann man in der nähe gelegene Freibad entspannen. Bushaltestellen sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Eine Supermarkt, Gastronomie, Friseur Salon, Apotheke, Volksbank, und Sparkasse sind in der Nähe.

The apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station. 

New bungalow/vacation home on the Ostalb

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Vacation home by the park

We offer you an attic apartment with the charm of the 50s. The house is situated in a quiet village street with a Romanesque church, horse trampling and old tractor idyll. Through the beautiful park, the village center can be reached in about 15 minutes. There are doctors, a pharmacy, Rewe, and a gas station. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 sqm) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Note: There is no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must stay together in the double bed. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

Relaxing in the resort

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
