Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung in Landsberg am Lech! Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit hervorragender Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum und kurze Wege zum Bahnhof sowie zu den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Smart-TV sowie ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett für 2 Personen. Zusätzlich steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa für weitere 2 Personen zur Verfügung.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

In dieser geräumigen und besonderen Unterkunft werden Sie sich wohl fühlen. Große Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Die Ferienwohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit großer Terrasse, geräumige Küche und barrierefreiem Bad. Bäckerei 3min zu Fuß erreichbar. Flughafen Memmingen 35 km. Therme Bad Wörishofen 3 km.Zwei Golfplätze sind jeweils 10 km entfernt. Skyline Park 5 km. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme ist uns wichtig, so dass sich jeder wohl fühlt.

You have the upper floor all to yourself - perfect for exploring from it. Close to Munich and the picturesque Allgäu, very close to the medieval town of Landsberg - you are within walking distance of the train station or by car directly on the B17 and A96 highways. Kaufering itself offers you everything life needs - from restaurants to supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, everything within walking distance. The accommodation offers you a nice quiet area!

Die großzügig und liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

I'll make room for you to immerse yourself in Landsberg's old town life. In my apartment on the 3rd floor, you can use the kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room and my bedroom as an ideal starting point for the city. The center of town is 5 minutes walk. In front of the house, a small terrace offers space for breakfast / snacks. Centrally located, wonderfully quiet, beautiful and authentic!
