Really enjoyed the stay!

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

Very relaxing, very quiet and peaceful place, comfortable accommodation, very good quality, everything was very clean and well thought out, neat decor, the kitchen was well equipped apart from a small leak coming from the coffee maker, we preferred not to use it, the sauna was very nice , the balneo was very nice but being in the cellar there was a smell of humidity. Stephane was very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything at the highest level! Beautiful, spacious, well-decorated and fully equipped house. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable beds and a kitchen perfect for preparing breakfast and dinner. In addition, a beautiful garden – the perfect place to relax. Great space for spending time together: billiards, foosball, plenty of space for children and adults. Tarik is a fantastic host – warm, helpful and very committed. A basket of fruit, juices, water and delicious sweet rolls awaited us as a welcome - a beautiful gesture. We felt really cared for. We wholeheartedly recommend this house – if we return to Paris, it will only be here!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Overall a pleasant stay of 2 nights in the accommodation, a few points of attention to be paid to cleaning and the presence of products (2 rolls of toilet paper already started for a stay of 2 days for 7 people and no stock), freezer usable but taken in ice. A small memo on the use of the oven would be welcome too (made for the hobs and that's fine) The late arrival on Friday did not allow us to see the presence of some waste in the garden, which moreover deserves a refresh (mowing, tree size) Good thing, it's a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, a few shops nearby (10min walk)

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

A view of the countryside on one side, a sensational view of Paris from the terrace and in between a cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable and, thanks to Montmartre with its numerous stairs, we came back fitter.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

This apartment easily achieves a TEN OUT OF TEN RATING !!! It positively checks off every box I can think of for a truly extraordinary lodging experience. This is THE PLACE for anyone who enjoys modern furnishings, seemingly endless comfortable seating options, the gentle feel of walking on parquet flooring, a large bed with wonderfully soft linens, rainwater showering and deep tub soaking options, in unit washer & dryer, a rejuvenating massage chair, a Japanese toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fans, balcony access, internet access, insulating quietness despite an active city five stories below and direct elevator access. The host, Daniel, personally welcomed us, listened to our interests, and made superb recommendations. He was always available by phone and email. Hands down, I cannot think of ANYWHERE in Paris I would rather stay, and will seek availability on my return.

On a weekend with friends, we had a great stay at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor equipment, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again to them.

We really enjoyed Audrey's warm welcome. The house is large, very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The living room, kitchen and exteriors are impeccable. We had a great evening, with a barbecue and jacuzzi on the agenda. Many thanks to Audrey!

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

A short weekend at Laurent's, clean and as advertised accommodation, a host available. It was perfect, thank you Laurent looking forward to coming back.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

I will not be able to express our joy when you arrive at the gate of the villa Words are not enough. All I can tell you is that you won't regret making this reservation. Everything is Nikel 👍 Flexible arrival, Audrey offered us to arrive before the time. Impeccable cleanliness, both inside and out Very cozy, comfortable and clean bedding. The huge garden, well-equipped with all the games described, my family group loved playing volleyball and basketball... The jakozzi was the best, a luxury and a moment of relaxation for the adults and a moment of play and sharing for the little ones The extraordinary living space, well furnished and equipped with everything you need For mealtimes, both outside and inside, we shared good times around a large table, even though there were 15 of us In short, I highly recommend this villa, which is Audrey's family cocoon, who takes care of our happiness.
