Swimming pool and barbecue in the house itself (private). The only house on the property. Water and electricity are charged separately according to consumption.

Furnished apartment in Iguaba Grande, in front of Popaye Beach, great location: close to the bakery, market, restaurant, fitness center, soccer field, children's playground and much more! All windows overlook the sea, very close to the beach, less than 50 meters, just across the street! The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms (each with a double bed and a bunk bed), a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, service area and a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach.

The house is simple but there is no lack of charm and coziness, an excellent space to enjoy special moments with family and friends. It has a nice balcony where there is a breeze coming from the Lagoon and behind a small space with a barbecue and a delicious shower to cool off. It has an excellent location for having access to Lagoa on foot and for being a very quiet street. It has kitchen utensils available and a smart TV in the living room. We do not accept PETS.
