My stay at this accommodation was simply perfect! The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well-equipped, offering everything we need for a memorable stay. The location is great, with easy access to local sights and shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated and conveys a feeling of incredible coziness. The room is large, the beds super comfortable, and the air-conditioning ensures a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is complete, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals as if we were at home. The balcony is a great differential: impeccable swimming pool, functional condominium barbecue and a perfect space to relax and enjoy special moments. The host was extremely attentive and always available for any questions or needs. From check-in to check-out, everything was very organized and quiet. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I have had here on Airbnb.

Great for couples with children! Safe and with various entertainment options. Apto mto bom and super recommend. The only point that can improve are bedding (towels and sheets) that are reasonable. The landlord is polite, kind and nice to talk to.

Beachfront apartment, cable TV, internet, very functional household appliances. Family condominium, quiet, with parking, automatic gate, living area and barbecue. Close to shops, downtown Iguaba, pharmacies and all the amenities the place offers. We intend to return at least twice a year. Excellent location. Very welcoming and attentive host. We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

very good apartment! a beautiful balcony. a couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The reception guys are super friendly!! He let us in early! It communicates immediately, that's very good!!!!!! thank you! excellent stay!!!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.
