Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. You'll never want to leave this charming tent. The tent is fully furnished, a full kitchen and a "big green egg" to prepare the most delicious meals. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Kick back and relax in our stylish and brightly furnished vacation home on the Großen Meer. Enjoy the beautiful unobstructed lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our vacation home has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.

It immediately takes the guest to another distant world and lets him sleep, as in a palace from 1001 and a night.
