Elizabeth is very attentive, the place is exactly as shown in the listing photos. Well located, clean and pleasant. The other accommodations have permanent residents, UFLA students, but everyone was friendly and nice, I had no problem with the shared spaces.

I loved Natalia's studio apartment! Items that are easy to find, such as blankets and towels, in addition to the very sweet decoration. There were several amenities: fan, TV with Netflix, minibar and basic kitchen items. The shower was also excellent! Natália was flexible about check-in and check-out, which made our trip much easier. My only relevant negative observation for future guests is that the bathroom has no door, only a curtain, which contributes to a bad smell throughout the space depending on what is done in the bathroom hahahhaha

The host Lívia promptly responded to the messages and was always very kind, the one who received us was Bernadete, who was very nice and attentive to us. The stay was excellent, all as advertised!

I was very well received by Mila, she showed us everything about the place, gave us tips on places to visit and itinerary. She made us super comfortable and even helped by letting us store our things before going to the waterfall. The place is right in the main square and close to everything we need. Super recommended and I intend to return to stay longer.

Local, cheap and safe, it was well worth it

We loved staying at Naiara's accommodation. There were four of us and everyone was very comfortable. I loved getting to know Lavras and recommend the place for those who are in the region and want a place with a quiet neighborhood and access to the main addresses of the city.

Excellent reception, clean house, well ventilated, quiet neighborhood, 4 labradors and a wonderful baby kkk, and also a very nice bar nearby to have a drink and eat some good snacks!

The house is excellent, extremely clean and easy to find! Excellent option for large groups, in my case we went only as a family, 4 people but would serve a much larger group. Both Juliana and the couple who take care of the place were very attentive, everything went perfectly well! I am immensely grateful for everyone's attention and recommend the place to anyone looking for an excellent accommodation option in the Lavras region!
